You remind me of my Dad and brother. Unfortunately, they both have passed. Both of them shined and polished their trucks any second they had. Keep the videos rolling! Thank you! Come on!
That semi honoring our Vets was SIK!! Thanks for sharing, stay safe out there.
New sub, this video made me cry in a good way. Every summer my kids and I stopped at that truck stop for years. They looked forward to stopping there. I pulled out pictures of them tonight on the various trucks on display over the years. The last time we stop there my oldest had just graduated from Iowa state. My children are all young adults now and I treasure the moments. Thanks for being a truck driver and for this video.
You could come out of that place with a truck load of parts and an empty bank account in a matter of minutes. That was very cool thank you for sharing keep up the good work and stay safe out there.
David Snow I believe you can take a chassis there and come out with a completely built truck with all the bells and whistles and zero money in bank account, lol
Beat be like "ew eww ewww"
😂😂😂
That blue W9 did me in. I love your channel. Thank you for doing this. From a guy who gave up the life, thank you. I miss my old W9 and the road at times. Stay safe and keep the videos coming.
That Wolfpak Truck is BADASS! Amazing artwork. Especially on the hood with the wolfs howling up to the eagle. Damnnn. Nice
Your videos are wonderful. As a Military Veteran...I know hard workers when I see them. Keep trucking kind sir.
I was there a couple months ago that’s place is huge and very nice. That’s what you call a real truck stop 💯
One of my last few runs up there before I gave it up. It was me, my dad, and my brother. We ran 3 straight from Jackson TN to there. Turned the 4th one down, 3 company trucks took our place and all 3 froze up on the interstate it was so cold!! Good times.
The Kenworth paint job was amazing
That was a really cool video!! Keep up the good work I love your channel and your truck High Strung!! Thank you for taking us along for the ride! May God bless you and keep you safe through these bad times we’re living in!!!!
Awesome video brother I enjoyed the hell out of it and ol High Strung is looking sharpe as usual. Let the rough side drag!! 🤘🏻🤟🏻
One massive truck stop fersure! I've been there many times and "Oh it's true. It's damn true!" You can drop alot of cash there quick!
When were you here, I got there last night around 1930, I always park on the row facing the truck wash. Watching your vid when you were cleaning the interior reminded me to grab more Lucas interior spray. Stay safe brother.
WOW what a place! Thanks for the tour man!
I'm fully convinced that you're the child of country singer Alan Jackson
LMFAOOO
@@High_strung You could totally pass for Alan Jackson's son/nephew.
*He never denied it in the comments.* 🤔

Where does he come from is the question
This place is on my bucket list when I rip through on my Harley one day. Unreal.
Love that place. Been many years since I’ve been there but WOW lots of fun
I was here March of 2001 bought a few Vietnam pins in one of the souvenir shops...really cool place
Here in NC we have Kenly 95. Very similar. I'm not a trucker but been enjoying your vids. Great editing!
Yes we do, don't we
One of my favorite parts about this place is the Blimpies hidden in the gas station in the back parking lot behind the main complex.
That was cool! 👍. Thanks for sharing!
There were some pretty nice trucks there. Cool store for anything a truck driver might need. I liked they had all the display lights and guages lit up so you could see what they looked like. Drive safe.
Been by that place a few times probably stopped too. Went to college in Iowa in the early 90’s so it’s been years since I’ve seen it.
Thanks for sharing, brings back some fond memories
Been there back in the 70-80's, good truck stop back then. There wasn't much in the area at the time, pretty remote.
Awesome video!!! Been a few years since I was there. Made one truckers jamboree in early 2000s. Haul cars in 40 States.
Almost glad I don’t go that way anymore. Last time I stopped in cost me $8900 in the store and never got what I went in for. LOL.
That place was even neat back in the late 80's,and early 90's ♥️
LoL...."I keep thinking that guy's real"
Last time I was in there was the early 90
@@tallone09 Yeah I think the last time I was there was in 95. I miss the road these days but I guess that is retirement lol.
I live about an hour west of Walcott. I’m at I-80 truck stop a lot. Never gets old
I have to go there at least once, thank u for sharing

Ah yes, been there many many times. I try to stay out of there but the chrome shop is addicting. I'm always buying something.
Great tour thanks!
The flip flops killed me 😂
Yep I live bye Walcott Ia.
Went to school with the daughter of the owner Mr. Moon.
It’s a great place and no trucker party this year but you need to come then!!!
I'm not a trucker, but I'd love to see the world's largest truck stop, super cool!!!
Those blue leds and that blue kenworth are down right sick! Make your mouth water looking at it!
Thank you for the tour of this truck stop. It seems to have anything and everything you could want for your rig. I know you must have felt like a kid in a candy store..lol. Also a nice Pete beside you but...still partial to high strung. Thanks for another great video. Stay safe out there and looking forward to the next video :)
@ Life Behind The Wheel Thank you for the likes on my comments. I know you are busy w/ not only doing your job but also posting videos as well. Let alone getting sleep in there somewhere. Thanks again...stay safe out there

Great video, the sunset at the end epic !!!!!
You should have gone to the truck museum man lots of neat trucks in there it was at north end of parking lot cool place
Doing an awesome job brother with the channel. Ive recently lost my job due to covid and was given the chance to get my cdl and jumped on it. My father in law has been driving 30 years and he has helped so much with info on being on the road. I take all the good and bads into account. Keep up the good work and be safe brother
Thanks for showing all of us that will probably never get the chance to see an awesome truck stop. Great work, you got my sub.
That green truck is awsome!
Back2back uploads🔥,and that truck stop is really dope, idek how i never been there yet
Never eat gas station sushi...words to live by.
Well duh.
@@thomasb1029 why not?
@@z1lla4 people have died from it
While I’m sure that 99.99% of the time those are words to live by there’s a sushi spot “in” a gas station in my town and everyone says it’s the best around. Most people call it gas station sushi instead of the actual places name. Keep in mind I live in NY and there is an abundance of food choices everywhere so it is actually good
The farther you are from the sea, the less you should trust the seafood.
Always loved stopping in there. Been about 5 years now
WOW that place is something else.
That wolfpac truck you showed, I've seen several times. I use to work right across the street from that place.
I love their truck museum.
Thx for sharing !!👍👍👍
That Kenworth at 1:46 looked bad ass!!!
Wow . Wolf PAC always have nice graphics on their trucks. That one really impressed me.
This place looks hella dope 🔥
That WolfPak truck is absolutely beautiful.
Been there in 2014, huge truck stop, very much like a mall.
I remember when it used to be a 76 truckstop with another 76 truckstop across the highway up on the hill just west of there. The I 80 is nothing but a tourist trap now. Just a pain in the ass.
Pretty cool !!! one of these days ill make it to that truckstop !!!!
I remember stopping here with my dad when I was a kid, they had that same freightliner too
went there with my dad when i was a kid, place is HUGE!!!!!
Theres one just like it in joplin missouri. You odda stop at the 44 petro in joplin if you ever go through there
OMG i so remember this place !!! as a retired OTR drvr i cant believe im saying this ...( wife would kill me ) i loved going in there to go broke !!!!!!!! same with across the HWY at the cb shop lol
Kenly 95 (in NC) is pretty huge also.
Owned by the same company.
Used to be a GM for Pilot, and was driving by so I stopped to check it out.
But man all I can say is keep truck driving brother you're doing a good thing
We love what you do keep it up we love the truck its badass
WOW...that place is unrecognizable from when I used to stop there back in the 1970's. I was driving for an outfit in Waterloo, IA called KTS and most loads coming out of Waterloo were swinging beef hung on hooks on roof rails in 13'6" high refer units. For guys not wanting to run those kind of loads east, they'd pull into Walcott and 'relay' their load to other drivers willing to swap their floor loads. I swapped many a load because I wasn't afraid of that 'rock and roll' swinging beef was famous for; besides, those loads paid more. I never dumped any of those loads, but knew a few who did. There's a 'trick' to setting those hooks in the sides of beef. The rest, as you say [and why I follow your channel], is knowing when and how to go SLOW. We didn't have jake brakes either. Keep the great videos rolling and the shiny side up, the greasy side down!
Grass flip flop 😅😅😅😅😅
Cool 😎 thanks for sharing 👍🏽
Hell yeah !
The trucks look like shiny candy in there! Ill def visit soon. The wolves military tribute truck, work of art, its like the howling wolves are mourning ya know. I looked them up and I see they got more trucks with military tribute art on them, the owner is def motivated. These smaller companies are worth supporting. If he actually took them down to Camp LeJeune NC or New River Air station, the marines would take pics with them, thatd be a sight. I love the passion and heart of all the truckers who make that extra effort, including the younger souls like you of course who continue the tradition. You were a lucky fit for your boss, cuz many smaller companies complain that their drivers abuse the equipment which is true.
I want them grass flip flops tho, mine look like that already.
I've been there before. Pretty cool place.
kick ass video
Let me know when you come back there cause like meet up and chat and chill man and love your videos so far and your cool guy
I grew up 15 minutes from here. It's crazy to see this place all over RUclips now lol
Puttin iowa on the map😎

I been there when I went to CRST trucking school nice place
Love the Top Hatter shift knob...
I did too! I’d like to have one of those for my old 2005 Chevy 2500 HD
May be the only truck stop in the world that's a tourist attraction... It really is a cool place to hang out in.
Boy it's been a long time since I've been there I was probably five or six since I've been there so 19 now boy I just miss over the road man but it is not like it used to be but man hopefully I get to go up there one last time

Been in any truck stops that have to go buffets in 2020
Walcott. Been there a time or two.
If you go to the museum, There is a truck mounted corn sheller that says Emmett shelling & Trucking Grand Junction, Ia If I had a dollar for every scoop of corn I put in that sheller.$$$$$
Mantul guys mantap
Awesome tour! Yeah, I'd feel weird shootin vid in public too man. Keep working that drone! I follow BigRigTravels on occasion and he whips his (drone) out on occasion if he's killin time. So he says. Me and the soon to be mrs. are movin to fla in 2 yrs when the kid graduates hs. Not sure which coast yet. Thx again! See you on the flip side.
I look at this video and think... you could pretty much come out of this truck stop with a whole new frikking truck lol. DIY truck ha :D
Wow very nice.. From singapore....
Gotta see the Truck Museum there! It's amazing. Sure the truckstop's cool 😎 but it's really just large and well stocked with very overpriced accessories and chrome. But the Truck Museum is da Bomb 💣. When I went a couple years ago, Entrance was only a donation. Don't miss it when you're there. Stay safe.
