- Early season rainbow trout fly fishing in Kamloops BC
The fish were being super picky selectively eating immature damsels, I had none tied up so I was forced to make an attempt at tying one on the side of the lake. I didn't have many materials but I had enough to make something work, a bit of olive dubbing and flash got the job done! The fish went crazy for the creation damsel.

Hahaha so hectic bro.. I had a decent wood net last season but it disappeared, I think I left it at the lake while I was packing up after a long day. I definitely need to get a new one asap

I have been by that lake a few times but never fished it. Might have to now.

What lake is that? I'm going on annual fly fishing trip to Red Lake end of May. Would like to know of some other lakes to possibly hit up while there.
