for me the clip doesnt seem to go onto of it and it just blends it and makes a line in the middle of the screen

if you go into the fusion tab and press shift + space and type in "Chroma key" you should see "Chroma Keyer (CKy)" then just click on all the colours you want removed and adjust your soft range to whatever you thing looks best (I personally use 0.1228) hope that helped :)

can you do this for cap cut?
So instead of ultra key, on cap cut you go to video>cutout> click colour picker> then hover over the clip and click the colour of the acent banner > go to strength and just slightly adjust it so it makes the banner black but not any other part of the clip, then follow the rest of the video, hope this helps a bit 😊
