Ahh..love this game..hehe AI will always be on Attack mode until they run out of funds... What I do is just have to play defensively and survive till I get enough attack force to take them one by one...with or with out superweapons (when they build one,I build too)
The Origin version does. But you have to run it in compatibility mode for Windows XP Service Pack 3 and as administrator (right click on the .exe, then left click on properties, then on compatibility - change to XP SP3 and check the "Run as administrator" checkbox). The original disc version doesn't work because Windows 10 doesn't support SafeDisc DRM.

What do you use for zoom out?
You can either use GenTool or FinalBIG to adjust the camera height.
