왜냐하면 고구려, 고려한복은 실제 입기에 좀 힘든면이 있어요.. 다 왕족 귀족들이 입던 옷들이라 땅에 질질 끌면서 다니고 소매도 엄청 커서 고려와 조선으로 넘어가면서 부터 대중들에게도 보편적으로 한복을 입게 되면서부터 살짝 단조로워진면이 존재하나 가장 실용적이고 삶에 녹아들어간게 조선 한복이라 그렇죠. 조선 한복도 현대식으로 재해석해서 조화롭게 꾸며진 현대한복을 렌트 할 수 있더라고요

예소야 겁나 불쌍하고 착하다...주몽한테 찾아 갈 수도 있는건데 찾아가면 나라 기틀을 처음 다지는 시점에서 정치적으로 갈등 생기면 힘든거 아니깐 주몽한테 일부러 안찾아가네...혼인 올리는거 보면서 억장이 무너질텐데 자기 남편 힘들지 말라고 큰뜻 펼치라고 안찾아가다니...저게 진정한 사랑아니냐...
정말 공감합니다.... 주몽이 다물군을 이끌고 유민들을 구출하고 각 나라와 부족을 통합하며 부여와 한나라의 온갖 방해에도 굴하지 않고 건국의 기틀을 다지는 동안 예소야는 부여에서 대소와 설란의 구박을 받기도 했고 홀로 유리를 키우며 너무나 오랜 시간동안 고생했죠... 진짜 우여곡절 끝에 남편을 찾았는데 남편이 소서노와 행복하게 혼례를 올리며 고구려 건국을 선포하고 있었으니...기쁘면서도 정말 억장이 무너졌을 것 같네요...그래도 예소야와 유리가 다시 고구려로 돌아옴으로 인해 예소야는 여생이라도 행복하게 보낼 수 있어서 다행이고 유리 역시 고구려의 왕자로서 황위를 잇게 되니 해피엔딩이지만 한편으로 소서노와 비류 온조가 남하한건 아쉬웠어요...진짜 주몽 다시봐도 넘 재밌네요....

That part frustrated me to death. I was like "oh no what a twisted fate between these three!?" But then things started getting intresting after 15 years of their suffering and Yuri meets his father.
This love story ❤. I'm glad Jumong and SoSeoNo finally got together. They were destined to be together even though they both sacrificed a lot especially SSN. In my opinion, they never stopped loving each other. I'm glad he also found YeSoya and Yuri. The guilt was eating him alive. It just hurts that SSN couldn't be by his side till the end. But they had 15 good years together. He had the good fortune of having two loves. Love does hurt sometimes.
True. Sosoeno and Jumong spent a lot of years together he even treat Biryu and Onjo as his real sons. I hope the writer of this series crate some fiction character Like they give Sosoeno and Jumong a daughter and they named it Yooh wa 😊
This was the saddest part of the story. Watching your husband marrying another woman and became king, while you were holding his son who never met his father and having to go through all the trials and tribulations just to meet him, and confronted with that sad moment. I was so mad with jumong, he didn't really do that much to find his wife and son, to ascertain their death, instead he just took what his people said, couldn't find them. He had the power and resources to send people to spy or look for them to the nearby town and places. He could have interrogated young po hard to find out if his claim was true. Young po being stupid and useless couldn't come up with such elaborate scheme if there wasn't any truth in it. Instead jumong, who was usually very careful and thinking person became so muddled up because sosuhno was there influencing his thoughts by saying young po was using the dead to put up his scheme to get what he wanted. I personally believed that was the best chance for jumong to find out about yesoya and Yuri, whether they were alive or dead, but he blew it. Sosuhno was always in his face, never gave him a break, even when he was moarning the lost of his family. Onother point about sosuhno, she could show anger, sadness, pity, etc, but she can never show deep loving like yesoya did. And there was a trait of malice in her actions. Like giving jumong's mom the map of puyo's palace with secret passage ways without telling jumong first. Jumong was so taken aback by her doing that, he knew it would led to danger to his family. But he didn't say anything to sosuhno, who knew lady yuhwa would use the map to escape, and sure to get caught, and would led to either her death or imprisonment. Sure enough, that was what happened. Jumong lost his family, and sosuhno got to marry him. But sosuhno can planned, but the heavens planned better, in the end she lost everything to yesoya, the woman who was so sincere in all her actions, never asked for anything, instead gave everything so that her husband could achieve his dream. She was willing to die in the hand of prince daeso for jumong. Sosuhno tricked a trader to pay three times the price of a sack of salt, and we are supposed to applaud her, how good a business woman she was. It made me sad. Sosuhno tried her last trick to paint a picture of yesoya being power mad and power grabber, by suggesting to jumong and also to yesoya, and piryu, that she would stand down from being a queen, so that yesoya would take her place. But her scheme fell flat, jumong and yesoya did not fall for her scheme. Yesoya didn't want to be a queen, in fact she was going to leave, if not for jumong stopping her. Her main aim was for Yuri to find his father. She had lived for 18 yrs in hardship without jumong, just with Yuri, so leaving jumong again was no big deal to her. Considering sosuhno left with all the entourage, her father, the elite solders, her sons, mopalmo, and the jolbon's nobles, I don't feel sorry for her. It's divine justice. From the start, her asking help from jumong and the damul army to fight songyang, and to unite jolbon was very dubious, because all the while she was going to make her son, biryu, the king of jolbon. So to me, everything did not add up. How was she going to make biryu the king when jumong did all the work? She listened to the propercies given by the priestess, that she and jumong would end up together, doing great thing together. But she forgot to ask the priestess whether their being together as a happy couple, much in love with each other, doing great things, and for how long? A life time or for a number of years, 15, to be exact. And it turned out her marriage to jumong was to unite the jolbon's people and the damul army, to form gogureyo, minus the passion in Jumong's heart, which was always for his first wife, yesoya. Ever wonder why jumong and sosuhno never had children, when they were in the prime of their lives? Just like prince daeso and sullan, right!
Have you watch from the very start to the end that Jumong and suhsono love each other. Both their first marraige was to protect themselves and their partners. But still they show longing for each other.

Yesoya didn't want to go because she wanted to take care of lady yuhwa who was ill. If you watched the scene, jumong embraced yesoya so tightly and he was aching inside, had to leave his pregnant wife behind in the hostile county. You can see the difference between his first embrace and the second one, the first was not as intense as the second, because the first was to calm down yesoya who was upset. Then when he came back to puyo palace after king gumwa was reinstated, on the corridor, after jumong paid respect to his mother, he looked at yesoya and smiled, there was love in his eyes, unspoken love. After jumong fell in love with yesoya, sosuhno became just a memory to him, at best, a friend. Even when jumong and sosuhno work together to unite jolbon and drove away hyanto army, there was no loving scene between them, no embraces, no holding hands to comfort each other. There was no longing for sosuhno in jumong's heart, he loved only yesoya. This he expressed in his letter to his mother, episode 59, where he said, his heart break whenever he remembered yesoya's name. Jumong only married sosuhno because mopalmo advised him to do so, so that yesoya's death would not go wasted. And more importantly to unite damul army and jolbon to form goguryeo. When finally jumong proposed to sosuhno to marry him, he said this, 'even if we get married it can be difficult to restore what we had lost'. Jumong's heart was always with yesoya, he kept her alive in his heart, the place where sosuhno cannot enter. Jumong-sosuhno's marriage was purely political, even in their wedding vows, no mention of love, solely for formation of goguryeo. It was obvious that they could not restore the passion and love that was lost, sosuhno had to bring back memory when she first fell in love with jumong, long time ago, the happiest time of her life. Why was that? Because she didn't even know if jumong still love her then, this was the conversation on the night when sosuhno told jumong that she was leaving goguryeo. After 15 yrs of marriage, is only natural they found love and respect, like many married couples, but there was no passion. For jumong, his love and passion was with yesoya. To say that jumong was longing for sosuhno from his silly younger days until he was a king of gogureyo, mature and wise, is a wishful thinking. It was obvious that jumong loved yesoya more than he loved sosuhno. Watch again from the start till the end with open heart and mind, you will see. Many people wished that jumong loved sosuhno only, but that was not the case, like it or not you have to accept that jumong loved yesoya passionately. There are a lot more things to say to support that, but it will be too long. I posted it on other comments, on other site, Korean love Stories, look for it if you are interested. Lastly I have to say this, don't under rate jumong's love for yesoya, and don't over rate jumong's love for sosuhno.

You watched the drama with preconceived idea that jumong only love sosuhno from beginning to the end. How boring. Jumong and sosuhno didn't make a beautiful couple like jumong and yesoya. When they were together, Sosuhno looked like jumong's sidekick, like Batman and Robin. Especially during jolbon days. Sosuhno was manipulative and arrogant, she even was jealous of buyong, who helped jumong in his early life. Sosuhno thought jumong was god's gift to her, keep stalking him from early on until jumong was with damul army and married. I also agree with you that she also did it for herself, her family and her tribe. Though there were many instances in the drama where she helped Jumong, she only decided to join forces with Jumong and his Damul Army when it became clear that Jumong had a chance of fighting squarely against the Hans and beating them. She's smart, ambitious and a woman ahead of her time.
I really like So Seo No and Jumong to be together since the first time I saw them but then they got twisted fate. I'm sad how So Seo No sacrifice everything for Jumong and Soya. We all know how much Jumong loves So Seo No. 💔
Jumong loved yesoya passionately since he realised how a wonderful woman she was, opting to take care of his mother instead of going with him and being a burden to him. He still care and concern about her but not love, like how he loved yesoya. His love for sosuhno ended when he fell in love with yesoya, and could not simply switch it on again when he married her, as he told her, 'even if get married, it can be difficult to restore what we had lost before ' so after being together for 15yrs, they may be loved and respected each other, but jumong's love for yesoya was permanent and passionate

정말 공감합니다.... 주몽이 다물군을 이끌고 유민들을 구출하고 각 나라와 부족을 통합하며 부여와 한나라의 온갖 방해에도 굴하지 않고 건국의 기틀을 다지는 동안 예소야는 부여에서 대소와 설란의 구박을 받기도 했고 홀로 유리를 키우며 너무나 오랜 시간동안 고생했죠... 진짜 우여곡절 끝에 남편을 찾았는데 남편이 소서노와 행복하게 혼례를 올리며 고구려 건국을 선포하고 있었으니...기쁘면서도 정말 억장이 무너졌을 것 같네요...그래도 예소야와 유리가 다시 고구려로 돌아옴으로 인해 예소야는 여생이라도 행복하게 보낼 수 있어서 다행이고 유리 역시 고구려의 왕자로서 황위를 잇게 되니 해피엔딩이지만 한편으로 소서노와 비류 온조가 남하한건 아쉬웠어요...진짜 주몽 다시봐도 넘 재밌네요....

This love story ❤. I'm glad Jumong and SoSeoNo finally got together. They were destined to be together even though they both sacrificed a lot especially SSN. In my opinion, they never stopped loving each other. I'm glad he also found YeSoya and Yuri. The guilt was eating him alive. It just hurts that SSN couldn't be by his side till the end. But they had 15 good years together. He had the good fortune of having two loves. Love does hurt sometimes.

헐 주몽이 송일국이었어..;; 어렸을때 개재밌게 봤는데 몰랐음
This was the saddest part of the story. Watching your husband marrying another woman and became king, while you were holding his son who never met his father and having to go through all the trials and tribulations just to meet him, and confronted with that sad moment.
I was so mad with jumong, he didn't really do that much to find his wife and son, to ascertain their death, instead he just took what his people said, couldn't find them. He had the power and resources to send people to spy or look for them to the nearby town and places. He could have interrogated young po hard to find out if his claim was true. Young po being stupid and useless couldn't come up with such elaborate scheme if there wasn't any truth in it. Instead jumong, who was usually very careful and thinking person became so muddled up because sosuhno was there influencing his thoughts by saying young po was using the dead to put up his scheme to get what he wanted. I personally believed that was the best chance for jumong to find out about yesoya and Yuri, whether they were alive or dead, but he blew it. Sosuhno was always in his face, never gave him a break, even when he was moarning the lost of his family.
Onother point about sosuhno, she could show anger, sadness, pity, etc, but she can never show deep loving like yesoya did. And there was a trait of malice in her actions. Like giving jumong's mom the map of puyo's palace with secret passage ways without telling jumong first. Jumong was so taken aback by her doing that, he knew it would led to danger to his family. But he didn't say anything to sosuhno, who knew lady yuhwa would use the map to escape, and sure to get caught, and would led to either her death or imprisonment. Sure enough, that was what happened. Jumong lost his family, and sosuhno got to marry him. But sosuhno can planned, but the heavens planned better, in the end she lost everything to yesoya, the woman who was so sincere in all her actions, never asked for anything, instead gave everything so that her husband could achieve his dream.
She was willing to die in the hand of prince daeso for jumong.
Sosuhno tricked a trader to pay three times the price of a sack of salt, and we are supposed to applaud her, how good a business woman she was. It made me sad.
Sosuhno tried her last trick to paint a picture of yesoya being power mad and power grabber, by suggesting to jumong and also to yesoya, and piryu, that she would stand down from being a queen, so that yesoya would take her place. But her scheme fell flat, jumong and yesoya did not fall for her scheme. Yesoya didn't want to be a queen, in fact she was going to leave, if not for jumong stopping her. Her main aim was for Yuri to find his father. She had lived for 18 yrs in hardship without jumong, just with Yuri, so leaving jumong again was no big deal to her.
Considering sosuhno left with all the entourage, her father, the elite solders, her sons, mopalmo, and the jolbon's nobles, I don't feel sorry for her. It's divine justice. From the start, her asking help from jumong and the damul army to fight songyang, and to unite jolbon was very dubious, because all the while she was going to make her son, biryu, the king of jolbon. So to me, everything did not add up. How was she going to make biryu the king when jumong did all the work? She listened to the propercies given by the priestess, that she and jumong would end up together, doing great thing together. But she forgot to ask the priestess whether their being together as a happy couple, much in love with each other, doing great things, and for how long? A life time or for a number of years, 15, to be exact.
And it turned out her marriage to jumong was to unite the jolbon's people and the damul army, to form gogureyo, minus the passion in Jumong's heart, which was always for his first wife, yesoya. Ever wonder why jumong and sosuhno never had children, when they were in the prime of their lives? Just like prince daeso and sullan, right!

Have you watch from the very start to the end that Jumong and suhsono love each other. Both their first marraige was to protect themselves and their partners. But still they show longing for each other.
@@crossover4133 jumong-sosuhno love affair ended when jumong fell in love with yesoya when they met in the shrine, when jumong wanted to take both his mother and yesoya away from puyo. Yesoya didn't want to go because she wanted to take care of lady yuhwa who was ill.
If you watched the scene, jumong embraced yesoya so tightly and he was aching inside, had to leave his pregnant wife behind in the hostile county. You can see the difference between his first embrace and the second one, the first was not as intense as the second, because the first was to calm down yesoya who was upset.
Then when he came back to puyo palace after king gumwa was reinstated, on the corridor, after jumong paid respect to his mother, he looked at yesoya and smiled, there was love in his eyes, unspoken love.
After jumong fell in love with yesoya, sosuhno became just a memory to him, at best, a friend. Even when jumong and sosuhno work together to unite jolbon and drove away hyanto army, there was no loving scene between them, no embraces, no holding hands to comfort each other. There was no longing for sosuhno in jumong's heart, he loved only yesoya. This he expressed in his letter to his mother, episode 59, where he said, his heart break whenever he remembered yesoya's name.
Jumong only married sosuhno because mopalmo advised him to do so, so that yesoya's death would not go wasted. And more importantly to unite damul army and jolbon to form goguryeo.
When finally jumong proposed to sosuhno to marry him, he said this, 'even if we get married it can be difficult to restore what we had lost'.
Jumong's heart was always with yesoya, he kept her alive in his heart, the place where sosuhno cannot enter. Jumong-sosuhno's marriage was purely political, even in their wedding vows, no mention of love, solely for formation of goguryeo.
It was obvious that they could not restore the passion and love that was lost, sosuhno had to bring back memory when she first fell in love with jumong, long time ago, the happiest time of her life. Why was that? Because she didn't even know if jumong still love her then, this was the conversation on the night when sosuhno told jumong that she was leaving goguryeo.
After 15 yrs of marriage, is only natural they found love and respect, like many married couples, but there was no passion. For jumong, his love and passion was with yesoya.
To say that jumong was longing for sosuhno from his silly younger days until he was a king of gogureyo, mature and wise, is a wishful thinking. It was obvious that jumong loved yesoya more than he loved sosuhno. Watch again from the start till the end with open heart and mind, you will see. Many people wished that jumong loved sosuhno only, but that was not the case, like it or not you have to accept that jumong loved yesoya passionately.
There are a lot more things to say to support that, but it will be too long.

If you said jumong and his men were looking for yesoya and Yuri for a long time, all the passage ways to jolbon from puyo, at the time yesoya and Yuri went missing, yes you were correct. But after that jumong did not make an effort to send people to other places, nearby countries or towns, to ensure both yesoya and Yuri were alive or dead.
If the point you were trying to make was jumong looking high and low for sosuhno, because you think jumong still loved her after he fell in love with yesoya, then you are the one who don't understand. Tell me, when and how jumong was looking for sosuhno after he fell in love with yesoya.
Watch again, with open heart and mind, not blinded by your desire that jumong loved sosuhno. He did love sosuhno when he was young, but mature jumong loved yesoya only passionately.
Jumong and sosuhno's association was purely to unite jolbon, initially, and after that to form goguryeo.
There was no loving moments, no embracing, no holding hands, no talks about how each other feel, only sadness in jumong part, missing his wife and son, and sosuhno was sad realising that jumong truly loved yesoya.
I have to stressed the point again, jumong married sosuhno for political reasons, to unite the damul army and jolbon people to form goguryeo. Love was not the reason for their marriage. And after marriage jumong had to accept the fact that sosuhno held half of the power.
Seemed that you watched the drama but did not understand the story. Could be like me, you are not Korean, so we rely on English subtitles. Could be you didn't understand the English subtitles, lost in translations.
You watched the drama with preconceived idea that jumong only love sosuhno from beginning to the end. How boring. Jumong and sosuhno didn't make a beautiful couple like jumong and yesoya. When they were together, Sosuhno looked like jumong's sidekick, like Batman and Robin. Especially during jolbon days.
Sosuhno was manipulative and arrogant, she even was jealous of buyong, who helped jumong in his early life. Sosuhno thought jumong was god's gift to her, keep stalking him from early on until jumong was with damul army and married. Sosuhno was as bad as sullan, except with sullan, what you see is what you get, sosuhno was so arrogant and manipulative.

I also agree with you that she also did it for herself, her family and her tribe. Though there were many instances in the drama where she helped Jumong, she only decided to join forces with Jumong and his Damul Army when it became clear that Jumong had a chance of fighting squarely against the Hans and beating them. She's smart, ambitious and a woman ahead of her time.
