That's Desiree Coleman running through the streets...She is an incredible singer as well, replacing Tisha Campbell in the longest running off-Broadway musical production of Mama, I Want to Sing!, in 1983. PATTI LABELLE is legendary. Her voice is timeless...I love this song.
