I'm use Minato klm with 3rd Ex and 4:41 with good effect card and high Atk but I don't build seal and stun for him

The General Answer to this is No. (Even I myself don't put the Old LB) Because most players in NxB agree that it disrupts NLight's AI.✅️ HOWEVER, 1 of my Guildmate put it, claiming it even improved his NLight's AI and still gain consistent wins until now.😂 So if it works in you also, why not give it a try since that LB is NLight's current bond jutsu also.

1st you must have Tools na pwede lagyan ng Effects yung may Icon na plus (+).👌 Then gather Beads giving Seal, Paralysis, or Confuse resistances
These 3 most deadly status effects among all.💪 For starters, it's good to grind 3 star (in a certain non card summon) and 4 star (in a certain weekly mission) beads, which gives some amount of resist.😅 When you have these things, go to factory and add those beads in the tools.
