Pretty sure I cracked my ribs laughing after seeing Bub's hilarious facial reaction when Doe said that she doesn't celebrate Christmas, that was GOLD!!! I've been to a couple of Qatari households here in Qatar, and I've seen a Christmas Tree in their living rooms, yeah, they don't celebrate Christmas, but that doesn't mean they cannot like it. Simon A.J. maybe they’re implying that they have been taking spanish lessons, which isn’t uncommon for americans, which also helps them speak filipino a bit more fluently as filipino is based heavily on spanish

Commercials in Philippines mostly had a sad story. Because Filipino people are also emotional people, no one thought about it because every foreigners thought that we Filipinos are always happy people. We believe in every trials there is always a hope, no matter how hard or sad life is. We always have a reason to smile. 🙂✌️

You know on the Philippines every Christmas season there is what they called "Caroling".. a group of people or kids is singing outside your door and you just give them any amount you are willing to give. Even its a cent or higher.

They make sad commercials because it helps people (who were in the same situations before) cope up with their loneliness. It's just like listening to sad songs during break-ups, it helps us get over the sadness.
