Cardinal Luis Antonio Tagle is the prefect of the Congregation for Evangelisation (Propaganda Fide), he is also the Grand Chancellor of the Pontifical University of Urbaniana
Last 11th of July 2020, the graduating class of the faculty of theology invited him to celebrate a thanksgiving mass. Here is his homily with English subtitles.
