The turnaround in relationships comes when you take a break. A giant step is figuring out why things keep happening the same way. I found the boundaries and standards that I lost while I was in a mode of self reflection. I had to get mad at myself for allowing myself to mistreated. I stopped running with my cape trying to save everyone too. I found myself and refused to settle for less. It's a process for sure but it's necessary for growth. Thanks for sharing Auntie Fumi!

Thank you so much Fumi! You give me so much hope since you speak from experience and the heart. It's nice to be able to relate to your stories. 90% of the women in my family, haven't experienced heartbreak since most married their childhood/highschool sweethearts. Most pick on me for not finding my soulmate and it has taken it toll on me (most were already married at my age) but no one ever takes the time to say it's ok to be alone until you find that special person that's meant for you. And it's alright to have failed dates and disappointments too on this journey.

Aunty Fumi always makes me wish i got into make up. From a young age i was shot down when i tried i was directly told I'm to black for black that and i never tried again only mascara and thats it. Wish I had enough confidence for those colours cuz it looks damn good on Aunty Fumi

I have big sisters who are married and because I saw a little bit about their relationships and courtship before they got married I know a lot about how a man and a husband should treat a woman and a wife. My father was the first man and husband that I learned that from. They do advice me and my brothers too, they tell me all the tricks men do to lure women. My mum gave me this same advice and months later I realised that what she said was so true. So thank you very much for your advice I’m really learning a lot. 🤗🤗😘.

I let myself go bc I focus on others but I long for my carefree self when I liked dressing up , now I just wear sweats …don’t do my hair and overweight 70lbs… I don’t feel like myself like I let myself down … ever since my breakup and close family member dying, my dad comparing me to my big sister bc she has everything like kids , married , is a lawyer and having a boss that would put me down and stress me out so bad ..
