      Hard to be excited about a team that has been circling the toilet for 8 years....and while his D is sorely needed, the Suns' team defense is so abysmal that I'm not sure how much Jackson can help. This coming from a Suns fan that has lost faith in ownership and the front office.

      Speaking from a positive perspective as a Suns fan, iv'e seen team progress while the Ryan Mcdonough era has been here in PHX. His unreal drafting skills and collection of picks have really made a difference within the organization... This pick is for the people who doubted his abilities as were all the other ones (Book, TJ, Chris, and Ulis)! #RiseUpPHX!!

    I'm a Lakers fan and I want him over ball. He plays defense and can easily work on his shooting offensive game like Kawhi, and butler did. Dude has STAR written all over him.

      D'LO, Ingram & Jackson would be a cold big 3 in the future. Defensively, Ingram & Jackson will lock everyone up.

    • @FinanceCoachKen
      @FinanceCoachKen 7 лет назад +3

      musiconcloud17 I 110 percent agree. That lineup you named just sounds dangerous and would be easily the best young core in the nba. I really hope magic will make the right decision on Jackson.

      Literally just last week I was a straight up Ball guy... I was dead set on the Lakers drafting him... but now that today De'Aaron Fox and Josh Jackson (2nd workout too 😳🤔) had a workout for the Lakers im not so sure... In all honesty, I might be fine with any of the three but that lineup that musiconcloud said sounds really dangerous and cold😳

    • @FinanceCoachKen

      Brandon InGOAT Its crazy how much talent there is to choose from. As a fan i'd support Fox or Ball. Whats even crazier is what if Paul George come to LA and you add Jackson? You'd have Russell, Jackson, Ingram, George, and Zubac starting. Thats a contending team The 2018 season.

    In a very impressive 2016 recruiting class, Kansas SF Josh Jackson was rated as the No. 1 high school player in the nation according to 247 Sports. Currently, he's being viewed as a lock for the top 5 while some mocks even have him going as early as No. 2 to the Lakers. Where do you think Jackson gets drafted?

      JustBombsProductions If Magic is the sentimental type, he'll go with Ball (if Boston doesn't hijack him right out of the gate, but it's not shaping up that way from what I've been hearing of late). HOWEVER, if Magic is truly the ultra-competitive win-at-all-costs type like he was during the Showtime era then he's DEFINITELY taking Jackson with that No. 2 pick-no ifs, ands, or buts about it! Quiet as kept, I think he sees more of himself in Jackson than he does in Ball when he was at that age...
      >;-)

      No, that isn't a travel. He gathers the ball with two hands and takes two steps. It doesn't matter how many steps you take in-between dribbles. The counting starts when you gather the ball. Jackson has incredibly long strides. Not many people can take two strides from the 3 point line and reach the rim on a dunk.

      Why would Lakers pass on Lonzo especially when they already have Ingram at SF?

    • @rutbuck121
      @rutbuck121 7 лет назад +2

      With all these trade rumors swirling around Laker Land with Clarkson, we'll need another SG and Josh Jackson would fit right in his defensive presence and capabilities would be a major upgrade IMO. I just cant see D'Lo moving too SG with Ball at the point D'Lo needs the ball in his own hands.

      Think for a second, who is gonna throw those alley-op to Jackson in Lakers, NO ONE lol, Lakers dont even have a proper guard that can create for guys like Jackson, that's why regardless of how good Jackson is, they will need Ball first.

      jajye29 That's what I'm thinking too. Russell isn't a PG. He doesn't get assist or distribute the ball enough. Ball can set up the offense and pass the ball out to Ingram and Russell or lob it up to Randle and Nance.

      jajye29 if you're looking for a guard to create space, Fox is better than Ball
