That's because anything "Eco" is garbage.
Go get a real printer from a real manufacturer.

Thanks for subscribing to my channel. 00031 is most likely to happen when you have something going on with the page feed (PF) assembly. Either a dirty scale disc, or the motor burnt. Get a pro to look at it and it shouldn't cost too much.
