@@tyjuandreharrison7117 it's a nice laptop. Not perfect, but nice. I didn't realize (my fault) the ram was onboard so I can't upgrade it, I wish I would have done the 16gb now instead of the 8. The 15in has a spare SSD port so I purchased a Samsung 1tb drive and installed it to double the storage on board, absolutely recommend doing that. It's easy to open the computer up. Screen is BEAUTIFUL the battery life is extremely long. Fans run a bit loud when you're doing something intensive, other than that it's silent. Cons- fingerprint magnet, but wipes clean with damp cloth. The metal case is fancy, but OMG this thing gets cold sitting on a table. I'm in Cleveland Ohio so it's EXTRA winter right now. It's a bit frigid if you put it on your lap lol. It can't handle graphic intensive games. I know it's not a gaming laptop, but things like flight simulator shut down 2min into game play. But I don't really play games anyway, so not a huge deal. Browsing around, using office, basics, it's FAST. Id say 8.5/10. Worth the money. I think looking back I'd get the Galaxy Book Odyssey instead if given the option. Only because I want more oomph.
Oled on a laptop brings some concern to me because of burn in. After a 12 hour day workflow, is it possible to see some burn in did Samsung manage it well? Maybe it is possible to answer this question in the review.
I mean, you can always have a live bg wallpaper and hide the taskbar. But yeah i see what you mean, I'm pretty sure Samsung had this in mind when designing these 2 laptops. Samsungs smartphones had no burn-in and they are Super Amoled, so.

If you have 5G support it means you can insert a SIM card and use your laptop to access the internet away from WiFi. So it makes it's better if you need to use your laptop away from home.

I just bought the galaxy chromebook for $699 new from Best Buy….4K oled screen and the pen and headphone jack..battery isn’t great so I bought a 45w battery pack… the galaxy book 2 was junk because they ripped all the good bits out…people say 4K on a laptop is overkill but it’s not many more pixels per inch than a 1080p on a phone… The worst thing about this is it’s runs windows..
What I don’t get is with these laptops why the front facing camera is only 720p quality as these laptops are not cheap. Had it been a mobile phone camera how many reviewers would have kicked off about it being 720p .
Yeah I agree. 720p can look great under good lighting though. Plus, at that resolution you shouldn't have any problems, if you've a slow or inconsistent Internet speed.

Just get a Dell XPS 13 or 15, they can all edit video and a lot more. I use a XPS 13 Intel i7 with 16GB RAM for coding software for my software engineering job and it's a work horse and the battery lasts about 8-9 hours depending on what your doing.

I have just received the Samsung Book Pro today and after setting it up and installing the Windows 10 updates I realized the bottom of the computer was bumpy, might have gotten too hot maybe? I do not know, nothing was on the way of the air vents and I was not doing any heavy duty tasks. I have already told Samsung and I will be return it tomorrow.
I have the Galaxy Book Flex and it has CORE i7 10th generation. It's sufficient for my needs although I'd prefer 1TB but I will probably not need that much space. 12 gigs of memory.

As far as I can tell, ONLY the LTE models have WiFi6e, the others are ONLY WiFi6. Quite a big thing really if your fighting for a connection in your dorm/workplace. [EDIT: WiFi6e seems to only be on the Book Pro, not on the Book or the Book LTE. The Book and Book LTE are only WiFi 6.... although Samsung's website is not very clear on that, hmm I hope its not WiFi 5!!.

What exactly is your budget? MacBook pros especially the newer ones are the go to’s for video editors.
