They could recycle the metal locks & put the little bit of money they get towards it.
actually good idea
Wait until lovelockers hear about this thing called marriage. The wedding ring can be locked on your own finger!
2:35 that was savage ❤
Thanks brother! Legend!
Good job too Janek, absolute eyesore, hope other cities follow your lead!
I couldn't stop smiling watching this.
Love *useful* traditions!❤ Hope it'll become one
you need to do every year one week of cutting love locks tradition, imagine the tourist coming this week to cut love locks. Tell me when you will make this one week official and I will be every year in prague cutting love locks. Great video as always making every sunday great. :)
I was there on Thursday and 2 boys where going to town on the locks! Loved it! They even had a magnet which they used to fish out the fallen metal from the river
If your love needs to have a love-lock hanging somewhere, then your love is not strong enough, I'd say.
People don;t have a need to put a lock as a secure move to make their love survive. It's just a cute gesture and it'd be dead fantastic for a couple to return after a few years and find the lock anew exactly as they left it. Still a vandalism.
Legends says 1000 couples suddenly broke that day.
Turning community service into a tradition. Love it.
Hello this is LockPockingLawyer and today we're on a trip to Prague
They should be selling locks with the same key everywhere near the bridge. This way you can easily remove them with the key and even resell them
Love the "hold my tredelnik"-guy.😂
😂😂
Legends of Prague 🎉 keep it up guys ❤
"It's not love, it's vandalism" I'm gonna use this from now on
7:08 little dudes glasses😂
"Is it an actual tradition"
"Yes, it's an actual tradition, it's first time, but it's going to be a tradition, I promise."
Love this!
5:04 btw
i couldn't help but smile the whole video, 2 dudes who love their city, gotta love it!
"So where are you from? Holland? Let me give you an easy one."
Emotional damage.
Not sure who had the most fun. Honest Guides or the tourist? Great fun!
And you need a crowfunding for some more bolt cutters.
And a wheel barrow, hahaha!!
awe the couples made me smile the most
This can definitely be a tradition if there were a few more cutters so a few couples can cut the locks at the same time
They broke up so fast
no comments and only 2 likes? this is very rare
They do this in Romania as well! People put locks everywhere these days. Especially at houses!
I could spend an enjoyable hour or two cutting love locks. I'd just say cutting the locks just releases the love back into the world.
I LOVE this !! Way to go.
It's wonderful how the bridge looks in comparison with how it looked at the very beginning of this series(if you want to call it that)
This was one of the most entertaining videos I've watched from you guys
100pct agreed
I keep telling myself, I need to explore other parts of the world. Every new Honest Guide I watch, Prague keeps calling me back.
YOu should start a lovelock cutting contest, the person who cuts the most locks in 30 seconds gets a free trdelink
Maybe not a trdelnik but great idea!
even better idea, trdelnik crock jibit
WWWWW HONEST GUIDE IS A MASSIVE KING!!!!!!!!!!!!
Those lovelocks is a pathetic "tradition", it's monkey-see-monkey-do taken to an extreme level. This is a great action!
I bloody love this idea
Now I want to come back to Prague to partake in this lovely tradition. Though I could also start it in my city
You guys are brilliant!!!
scammers are going to now charge to remove locks since its now a FUN thing for Tourists.
At this point, I'm tempted to fly to Prague just for the chance to participate in this tradition. Gotta soak in that culture
That's hilarious. I wish I had come across this "tradition" while I was in Praha. I would have worked my way down the line.
LockPickingLawyer would have a field day there xD
But seriously, you should organise a meeting of lockpicking enthusiasts there so they can practise picking locks and clean up the bridge that way. :)
this video just keeps escalating into more wholesomeness
This tradition made my day. Continue on.
Prague is lucky to have you and your team.
What we need is "This is the lockpickinglawyer and today we have the love lock..."
Wow, this is awesome! I live in Prague, and I would love to volunteer to cut off love locks! I wanted to ask, can anyone do it? Or dor you need some sort of permit, or wear some sort of uniform? Otherwise, I'd love to go ahead and start! I've been wanting to cut love locks because of your channel for years now!
Same here, as a Prague resident, I'd love to do this on the regular!
You are free to go do it.
You do however need to be careful of people around you. And you should not go do it in the evening (if your're using noisy tools)
So get to work!
Considering people who put the locks there didn't have a permit to do so, it's safe to assume removing them does not require one either lol. It's just keeping your town clean and removing crap that does not belong there. But yeah, as others said - be careful with those tools.
Yes you can do it - if you want we can manage to make meeting - I have my own bolt cutters...
The only thing - the love locks should not fall into the river otherwise it is ok.
Just yellow vest 🦺 and u are ready to go even with cordless grinder.
Most heartwarming video I've seen all day
We need Lock Picking Lawyer to put on a Love lock.
Today on the Lock Picking Lawyer, I attempt to pick every love lock in Prague in 1 day.... (This RUclips video needs to happen!)
If you want to lock your love just marry and love each other. Putting a lock doesn't make any changes if two persons don't love each other from the bottom of their heart ❤
man, Imagine all the people in perfectly good relation would wake up the next day broke up or divorced, yet has no idea why.
This was so satisfying to watch. Amazing new tradition! 😄
"Where are you from man?"
"From Holland"
"Oh, OK, let me give you an easy one"
Funniest sneak diss to the Dutch I've ever heard in my life
Should've done it on valentine's day, such a missed opportunity!
Hold my trdelník, what a disrespect. :D
