These are invaluable points that startups must do (in my experience). I agree that having a single ICP, audience and persona is imperative, in Gary Vs segment he advised that everyone have 10-20 personas so that a highly personalized message can be delivered to each persona, which is facilitated by AI. Am I mixing different points or is this conflicting advice?
i think Gary Vee is a bit hyperbolic in most of his statements. However having 10-20 personas for a larger company is probably a good strategy as you have more resources to attack that with. Startups lack resources and therefore need to be more focused on only a few different people
