Hitting .465 in the 2023 postseason while everyone on his team is hitting .267(Bregman/Altuve) and lower, dude is simply a special player, when he is locked in, he'll always get a run. Cant wait to see him in his prime, he has alot to learn but he's learning fast. Whether his future are with the Astros or another team, It'll always be a treat to watch him live.
Love Hearing those words always gives me chills “you’re not supposed to be able to hit ‘em up there”. That 22 post season for Yordan was electrifying
Anyone can have a great season. But Alvarez really is special. If he can stay healthy, he's going to have an unbelievable career.

As an Astros fan, the most enjoyable thing about going to a game is watching Yordan hit. It's like Shohei for us. The guy is a mega-star! He should retire an Astro. He could get a 500 million contract in FA. LA just GAVE him to us!! Hahaha. La. Thank you!! Full season now...MVP. With Shohei not pitching, Yordan MVP 2024. Called it.

I'm a lifelong Astros fan so I've gotten used to seeing this future hall-of-famer rip the cover off of the baseball. What I also enjoyed here is watching the pitchers' reactions over and over again. Gotta suck knowing you made a mistake to this guy.

I sat and thought the same thing, but then I realized I wanna see that bomb he hit for the lead in the WS “And the game is turned upside down” it blows my mind because my manager at the time called the homer and pulled his phone out! Truly insane ball player.
