The design of the mk ii has always been one of my favorite ms designs and the real type colors to me make the design just that much cooler.
When you first showed the completed kit, I glanced at it and my mind saw it as the Shianju Stein at first with the color. I thought you were joking with us for a second.
I was able to get it just recently during the US P-Bandai Gundam Expo last week. Waiting for (hopefully) October being the actual ship date.
Ooooh I wanna paint my PG in this scheme. The desaturated yet contrasted colors is right up my alley!
Can't wait till October for mine to ship. Glad we had a chance in the states with the online expo stuff.
This hg revive mk ii box art is based on the old 1/144 scale kits's box art which is look so classic.
There's something so charming about the real type color schemes, even tho they work or not :^)
The color scheme is really good. Even the gold looks nice since it’s used so sparingly.
I preordered this kit from the Gundam Online Expo and excited to get it because 1) it’ll be my first Mk II 2) It’s going to be my first 21st Century Real Type Color kit
i was stuck in traffic when this went up on pbandai the other week and i missed it and while its really nice honestly im glad i didnt stress over it that much. the pictures made it look way nicer that it does oob. Ill grab the regular HG and paint it to match and itll either look the same or better.

The gold looks amazing! we really need this colorway over the traditional metal injection gold we get (looking at you hg hyaku shiki)
From Bandai's 2021 online expo event I pre-ordered the MG 1/100 The Gundam Base Limited RX-78-2 anime color. The HG 1/144 The Gundam Base Limited Narrative Gundam C-Packs titanium finish. The MG 1/100 The Gundam Base Limited RX-78-2 Base color and an HG 1/144 The Gundam Base Limited Efreet Custom metalic gloss injection. Can't wait until they ship. I wanted the RG 1/144 ZakuII Realtype Corol ver but after clicking for 20 minutes it sold out and I couldn't get an order for it. Great channel. Thanks for what you do!

I love this color scheme and the mobile suit itself looks great ! I’d gladly take water slides over extra hand parts, although an open expressive hand would be a great inclusion
Love the box, colors and decals! Very oldschool feeling. Same for the gouf you did. If i would have access to a gundambase id definitely get this one and the gouf.

That molded gold is the best I have ever seen Bandai do
That molded gold color looks a different shade, but much nicer than the previous pukey-gold color they normally use in a lot of other kits

I do kinda like them both equally. I prefer the design of the HG, but the details on the RG are nice too
The color reminds me of sinanju stein. A cool sinister gray-ish color.

I want to like it but gold on an MS doesn’t scream “real” to me. Maybe if the fins and collar were grey and the chest and leg vents were deep red it would speak to me more in the same way as the Real Type Gramps scheme does
