Class mate, nice setup! By the way you can chop up that anubias into loads of small plants, just try to have at least two leaves and two roots per plant.
@@DashDrones Thank you bro! And ahh nice! That’s good to know, thank you for sharing your knowledge! I’ve already glued them but I was thinking of getting another so I’ll definitely do that then

Scoobz never got the alert on this set up, only just clocked it. Nice job 👏 I think setting up your 240 landscape as helped you in design as Luna's tank is stunning. Deffo pinch some top plant growth 😉 for the top of water. First time I've seen tissue used but I have known people just glue the plants and they've come away. Nice one on recommending soaking of plants that's the number one game most important & I don't know if you'll like the light in the jewel, as many people change them for the aquasky but in all a job well done 👍 & can't wait to see the growth rate.
@@peridot-20 Thank you! Yeah I didn’t know about the tissue either at first but apparently it makes a big difference when connecting hardscape. As I was using so much I thought I’d take the safe route 😂 and yeah I’m not 100% sure about the light. I may upgrade to an aquasky eventually
@@ScoobzNPetz I never knew about tissue until watching you & it seems to do the job well & quick. @@ScoobzNPetz It's a shame about the anubias, I think for the plant growth you may have to upgrade even if you get the Aquasky 2.0 one's instead of the 3.0 version more for plants, as your 200 & 240 are doing well with the 2.0 lights.
@@peridot-20 you know I only recently discovered the 3.0, I was gonna look into it but if you’re saying the 2.0 is better I might just get a 2.0 instead. I’ll do some research
good job! i think, since you use so much stone, it's a bit too close to front glass, you could position it further and bring most of the wood on top of it, or cut amount of stone in half, scape looks a bit heavy, you could have proper island composition like that you should consider maintenance, better not to have hardscape too close to glass or touching it, it will be hard to clean it afterwards also, please don't inhale in a future that smoke from the glue, not good for your health
@@halo2something Thank you for sharing your experience and giving me advice! Yeah I went all in with the hardscape, I wanted to try something different 😅 I’ve glued everything together and the closest stone is about 2 cm away from the glass. Do you think this will still be a problem? And oh noo I didn’t think about the fumes from the glue! Thank you so much for making me aware! I’ll keep that in mind next time.
@@ScoobzNPetz 2cm? it's enough you might just need some different scraper for that part about fumes it's worse when you do tall aquariums, so your head is full inside when you gluing, just be careful

Why the tissue paper?
@@lolavanenburg1647 it helps you connect the bigger pieces of hardscape. Once you add glue to the tissue it almost turns into stone
Why don’t you just get a big tank…
