Why are they hiding the 18 year old criminal ? Laws need to change to give long prison sentences to those that speed at high rate

Parents shouldn’t let their kids have fancy German cars to 18 year olds. American roads are poorly designed. Why the hell does that road feel like a I-5?

The parents. They haven’t shown up anywhere by name. Not to apologize for their son, just working behind the scenes to bail him out and try to get him off.

Laws need to change to prohibit manufactures from putting cars on the road that can exceed 90 MPH. Virtually all cars on the road today can have their software updated to limit their top speed. Make an exception for police cruisers so they can easily catch up to speeders thus putting a permanent end to high speed chases.

It's not survivors guilt! She was in another car and she didn't know the people who died. Survivor guilt typically happens when you are the only survivor in a group of people you know. If she was in the car with those people and survived then yes. Her trauma is from what she seen at the crash. It would've been an horrific site to see mangled up bodies.

I would Respectfully submit, this is not an accident. Not for Chase. For the other victims it absolutely was. But if 2 accidents inside of a year doesn't make you a more cautious driver. And you choose to drive 112 mph. It becomes in my mind premeditated.

It didn’t used to be like that in Washington State and Seattle. We need to stop blaming COVID-19 for everything when in reality the lack of leadership and common sense in Olympia is responsible for this debacle. The revolving door for criminals, the lack of law enforcement and the soft-on-crime policies put in place by progressive policymakers are responsible for dystopian reality. They have blood in their hands now. They have doomed a generation in name of Equity and social justice.

Put him behind bars, this is not fluke accident, or that he lost control, or a lack of judgement. He was intentionally driving at 112 miles per hour. You don't drive that fast unintentionally. Also this is not the first time he did this. He is a repeat offender and now he killed those poor innocent children. Listen to the defense lawyer - "above the speed limit". It likely he is driving at least twice the speed limit. Lock him up, you don't have to be holding wielding a gun to be danger to society.
