અમેરિકામાં રહેતા 64 વર્ષના ગુજરાતીનો બળાપો, 'વહુ-દીકરાએ મને ઘરમાંથી કાઢી મૂક્યો..'

અમેરિકામાં કોઈ કોઈનું નથી તેવું તમે ઘણા લોકોના મોઢે સાંભળ્યું હશે. ડોલર, ગ્રીન કાર્ડ કે પછી સિટીઝનશિપ માટે યુએસમાં કોઈની પણ સાથે ગમે તે થઈ શકે છે અને કંઈક આવી જ કહાની છે અરવિંદભાઈ પટેલની. આજથી 14 વર્ષ પહેલા અમેરિકા ગયેલા અને દીકરાને ભણાવવા માટે હજારો ડોલર ખર્ચનારા અરવિંદભાઈ દીકરો કમાતો થાય અને ઘરમાં વહુ આવી જાય પછી છ મહિના અમેરિકામાં અને છ મહિના ઈન્ડિયામાં રહી મોજથી પોતાનું ઘડપણ પસાર કરવા માગતા હતા, પરંતુ અમેરિકામાં 14 વર્ષ સુધી મજૂરી કરનારા અરવિંદભાઈનો સંઘર્ષ આજેય પૂરો નથી થયો અને આ સંઘર્ષમાં હવે તેમને સાથ આપનારૂં પણ કોઈ નથી રહ્યું. અરવિંદભાઈ પાસે અમેરિકામાં કહેવા ખાતર તો પોતાની ફેમિલી છે, પરંતુ હવે તે પોતાની જ ફેમિલીનો હિસ્સો નથી રહ્યા અને 64 વર્ષની ઉંમરે એકલા જ રહીને એક સામાન્ય નોકરી કરી પોતાનું ઘડપણ એકલતામાં પસાર કરી રહ્યા છે. એક સમયે અમેરિકામાં રહેતી આ ખુશહાલ ફેમિલીને આખરે શું થઈ ગયું અને કેમ અરવિંદભાઈ આજે એકલતામાં પોતાનું ઘડપણ કાઢી રહ્યા છે તેની રિયલ લાઈફ સ્ટોરી કોઈને પણ આશ્ચર્ય પમાડે તેવી છે.

काका चिंता नहीं करे, बेटे ने जो किया उसे वही मिल रहा है।

I went to visit my brother in Mulund Mumbai after my knee surgery. My brother and his family fed me stale food, my stomach and intestines were damaged? My family refused take elder and niyani to Doctor unless I gave them 50000 rupees. I have had several operations, no help, still suffering. I only have one brother. When raksha bandhan and pasli come around, every year I am crying and asking God why?
One brother died long time ago, he was in his 20's, he was found dead in the street and another brother is evil. I must be paying for my pass acts to have a brother like him.
