Love the bike and the enthusiasm brother! Keep up that positive energy, great job on the install! This was very entertaining and a pleasure to watch! 👊
Ayyy! Hell Yea 🔥 I just met someone else with a 22 Low Rider, they had the Lane splitter with a stage 1 and daaamnn did it sound 🔥🔥🔥 You will love it !!
@@BlvckWolfe it’s so nice after 2 weeks of riding with stock air filter and no tune but I could definitely deal the torque when I shift gear and hold down the throttle
Hey man, I know you didn't get a response from the op, but I also did the same thing. SPC exhaust on my lowrider st with only the screaming eagle pro street tuner. You do need to get the bike dyno tuned or you will run into problems eventually. The pro street tuner does not help, it needs to be tuned on the dyno to get the air fuel mixture just right. From the factory with stock pipes, these bikes run very rich for EPA standards. Because of this, when you put a 2-1 exhaust, you start to run WAY more rich and it will eventually lead to spark knock which can lead to detonation. I was running fine for about 9k miles, then noticed spark knock so I got mine tuned immediately. You don't need to go buy a tuner, just need to put it on the dyno and have them dial your air/fuel mixture in to roughly 14.7:1
I have always tuned my bike after installing exhaust, buut truthfully if you get a "newer HD" it runs pretty damn good. I know 7 other people that have 22+ HD's and they don't run a tuner. Of-course you're bike will run better if you get a tune. Hope to see you out there on day bro 🔥🔥
Honestly, You can get away with not using a tuner, of course with some draw backs. These newer motorcycles (harlet davidson speaking) can run a exhaust and heavy breather fairly fine. Of course the ratios will be off, might notice a dip in mileage, & you will get some back fire but everyone that I know rocking a 2017+ Harley that isn't running a tuner, They are fine
I believe its actually a battery issue. When I connect it to a battery tender then run it after, she starts right up I will keep in eye on it though🔥🔥.
Old comment but this is typical Harley stuff. Sometimes you’ll have to sit on the start button for a second before it turns over as well. I’ve owned several Harley’s and they’ve all done this. If you look up a short pipe exhaust video you’ll actually hear the pistons individually sluggishly moving. Took about 2-3 rotations for my old 103 to get going. Just sold it and looking for my next Harley with a 117.
That laugh of joy at 16:21 says it all 🙌
The enthusiasm is the best part! 😊
Damn. That sounds like thunder. Best sounding setup 👌
Bro, it sounds fantastic!! The 2 into 1 looks so much better as well compared to stock. So glad you upgraded!!

Do you have to get a tune for this?
