Pimpin' in Nový Jičín: The City of Hats in Czech Republic

- On a day trip, with fellow TBEX travel bloggers, we visited to famous Nový Jičín, Czech Republic -- a.k.a. "City Of Hats". This town has a long history of making hats, and is still one of the largest producers in the world. One famous brand still making hats from 1600s is Tonak. They make all styles of hats. We visited the hat museum visitors center, and had fun trying all the cool styles out. After that I found an awesome little ice cream stall that had the darkest and richest chocolate ice cream for $1 a cone. Czech Republic is an amazing country to visit.

Can I ask you something real quick.. It may not interest u anyhow but... Have u ever applied for a presenter job with any media company for commercial TV? Or cable? (called satellite here.) I think u (and they) are missing a trick here.. I know my TV and whilst I love RUclips u could be do much higher profile, u r a natural.
I'm trying to keep it really unique in every video. Unique experiences around the world. Is have only done presenting work in Thailand on Inspire TV, but very part-time. Unfortunately they stopped using presenters now, though. I really would like to do more.

Many of my ancestors come from here. Weird to know one of my ancestors was probably a hat maker in a hat town 😂

@@JasonRuppVlog Visit all the smaller towns as possible. Next time you're in Brno, visit Olomouc but during monday through thursday, weekends are dead...college town! Quite spooky. Cool city

Yeah... we didn't like the idea either, but this is their history, and they are keeping that tradition alive. So we made the best of it.
