I've been to Japan multiple times but never to ski/snowboard as i live in a ski resort in the austrian alps... trying to find a quite resort with tons of snow... i'd llike to avoid crowded places like Niseko. Can't be bothered with too many tourists as I'm surrounded by them the whole time... lol
If you guys have any questions about your upcoming trip to Nozawa Onsen, comment below!
can you please tell me how do you get there from tokyo ?
Is there enough snow to skii around Christmas time?

Should I rent my equipment and buy a lift ticket in advance
Or no need?

I recommend trying Zao Onsen.
it wasn't too bad at this resort, its pretty famous for the snow monkey park nearby. Unfortunately that season it was a warm winter
Very informative Alex! Loved it. Thanks for all the tips! Really expensive though!
