We have 3 comparisons going;
A well modified twin locked boosted Toyota Landcruiser 80 Series vs a well modified LS powered Nissan Patrol GU with front locker and a tight Nissan LSD in the rear.
A mildly modified Toyota Landcruiser 80 series vs a similarly modified Nissan Patrol GQ both on 35 inch tyres and open diffs in the front and LSD rears.
A modified twin locked Toyota Hilux vs a stock Nissan Patrol GU.

What purpose does the tiny hood vent on the Patrol serve? Is there a similarly tiny intercooler under there?

I drive the white LS patrol and im running my 2nd transmission cooler under the hood vent..
