If you have enemies that prefer having long fights, overheal your burst dmg, enemy champions have a big HP scaling, then Aery Lux OR Ahri can be your best choice.
Or you can do it whenever: "Just don't want to be punished badly by missing skill shots" -Yozu, sometimes with lag.
