BB18 ¼ 1089 - Driver Training Run to Toowoomba - 7th & 8th August 2024

During Wednesday 7th and Thursday 8th August 2024, Queensland Rail conducted another round of driver training up to Toowoomba and returning back to the Ipswich Railway Workshops the following day.
This was the first time in almost 7 years that BB18 ¼ 1089 had visited the Garden City.

There is absolutely no sound in rail as nice as the sound of the whistle of a steam train.
