i believe the main reason is that all the rappers write their own parts to sing for all (or at least the majority) of their songs. it's why vernon's verse is different instead of just rapping the original by dino. the8 wrote the chinese rap for the performanceVersion and is the one who raps it (actually it's jun for the first, then the8 for the last two). but since s.coups, wonwoo, and mingyu rap that part in the 13Version, the lyrics were decided on their own (even if it means it's in Korean instead).

i believe the main reason is that all the rappers write their own parts to sing for all (or at least the majority) of their songs. it's why vernon's verse is different instead of just rapping the original by dino. the8 wrote the chinese rap for the performanceVersion and is the one who raps it (actually it's jun for the first, then the8 for the last two). but since s.coups, wonwoo, and mingyu rap that part in the 13Version, the lyrics were decided on their own (even if it means it's in Korean instead).
