Lore: (finally after a whole month of procrastinating.)
Formation of the British Republican Army and British Instability. (1951~1952)
The UK's Government was failing, and combined with The Great Turmoil led to the monarchy resorting to shutting down all opposition with excessive or lethal force. Ireland also cut all ties and launched repeated air attacks on cities in Northern Ireland. Through all the chaos rose the British Republican Army (B.R.A.), who vowed to bring freedom the people of Britain. the B.R.A. launched the attack on a double-decker bus in London. Which the estimate reached 40 dead and 30 injured inside the bus, and 4 dead and 7 wounded from the debris. In response, the Greater London Area would be temporarily put under martial law and curfew by the NPS and the British Army until the next 2 days while the NPS conducted searching for any leads.
This move brought the workers of Britain to rise up, now calling themselves the National Workers Front (NWF). also known The Workers Front would go on strike, torching an NPS Patrol Vehicle and 4 NPS Unrest Intervention Team Vans. groups of NWF workers also armed themselves with rifles and got involved in shootouts with the newly formed National Police Service (NPS). the NPS would suppress the strikes with tear gas and riot control tactics, some of the strikes were so violent that the NPS had to clear out the area with APCs. The British Army and NPS were forced out of London. the British Army took full control of the situation after the NPS requested them.
Formation of the Republic of London (May 19th to May 30th.)
The NWF and other groups would capture all of London and consolidate into the London Defence Force (LDF). The LDF would found the Republic of London. but just an hour into the independence declaration British Army tanks were already advancing to London and the British Army declared the Republic of London as an illegitimate government and vowed to dismantle the London Republic by any means necessary, one general said that they would even artillery barrage London into surrendering. The British Army began attacking London on May 20th. and so would be the brutal war in the British Isles up until the 2nd Civil War.
Battle of London (May 20th to May 30th,)
The Battle erupted on the morning of May 20th, already in morning hours, both sides have lost dozens of fighters. An RAF Hawker Sea Fury fighter plane was shot down using a makeshift AA gun while pulling up from a strafe attack, the plane plummeted into the River Thames. Spitfire plane was also shut down by machine guns and narrowly missed the Tower Bridge before crashing and exploding on the street. The battle would drag on for 10 days, each day getting more violent than the last. on May 25th, the LDF Headquarters and the surrounding areas were struck with bombs, taking out the commander of the LDF. On May 29th, the battle reached its highest intensity, most of London had fallen to the British Army. The last of the LDF would surrender on the morning of May 30th. This single event would be detrimental to the support for the Monarchist Government.
British Civil War (1952~1954.)
The B.R.A. launched dozens of attacks on the British Army, ranging from convoy assaults to full-on raiding of bases. The British Army was also just barely recovering from the Battle of London, so when a new war arose, most soldiers were fed up with the rising costs of food, and killing their own countrymen. not to mention the conditions in most bases were horrendous, so most soldiers left the British Army, defecting to the B.R.A. instead. The King of the UK was killed in an attack on Buckingham Palace, the HM Government said that any further resistance would be prosecuted with death, but these attempts only made the B.R.A. grow. on 1954, the Civil War had finally concluded, while many deaths occurred, the British were finally free. the Royal Family was executed by a firing squad later in 1954.
Modern Day: 1954~Now
After the Civil War, the Federal Republic of Britain, or known by its nickname New Britannia, or its abbreviation FRB was proclaimed. In order to restore patriotism, the Government of New Britannia would select Land of Hope And Glory as the anthem, the verses were made unofficial but were allowed to be sung. But only the chorus was to be sang at public events. The BRA would be reformed as the British Republican Armed Forces or the BRAF for short. the BRAF later invaded parts of Ireland as revenge for their previous attacks a few years ago.

Some portions of North Ireland were invaded, and I forgot to add Scotland's islands, but the islands there are occupied by Britain.

Well, yes two english civil wars, but it was very long ago. It lead to england becoming a commonwealth for a short time but then we restored the stuart line and charles II became king and ever since then we've had a monarchy.
