Spot on-I was thinking Hobie Outback 360 also. For Daiwa a refresh with the Tatula- Monocoque spinning reels/ refresh rods. Bote-Rover-2/Old Town- New Adapters to install pedal drives on the motor boats.
That would be cool the only reason I don’t think it is, is because Hobie doesn’t allow motors in their tournaments. Which makes me think the my are against motors, but that could change if they release one of their own.
@@BlueSummitOutdoors I see all these guys with the bow mount spot-lock installed on PAs it would make sense. Especially to compete with the auto pilot from OT. But, the mirage drive is fundamental Hobie, I can see why they don’t want to take away from that.
I had two Knarrs and they both went back to them. I think Hobie is hurt about not getting BOS last year and is gonna leave no doubt this year. A PA with a trolling motor maybe??
Didn’t like the Knarr? Yea I just have a hard time seeing them go with a motor because the mirage drive is basically what makes them Hobie and differentiates them from everyone else. Maybe motor mount ready but a Hobie without a mirage drive just feels weird.
I don’t think it’s gonna be a 360 Outback, because of the torque issue like you hinted at. Jumping off your Lynx train of thought…I’m wondering if maybe it’s going to be an inflatable fishing kayak? They seem to be really pushing their inflatables lately. That would do a similar thing as one made like the Lynx, but it would be portable.
Good video dude, I agree with everything you said. Last year hobie did the same type advertising and I was the red Ike PA. I also don't think the outback needs a 360 it's plenty good the way it is
Yea that line hasn’t been touched in years and it almost seems like they have been phasing it out. I guess a revamped Revo could possibly be it too. The “Making waves” quote would make sense for something like a Revo update.

I would love for BOTE to update both Rovers models and up the quality to match their prices.
I think an Autopilot in Firstlight camo would be awesome!!
Yea Old Town needs to bring more color options especially some new camos.
Good video. Thanks
Thanks for watching
Crescent Shoalie recently released think being shown Yak Attack booth
I think it’ll be a new motor system for the hardcore tourney fisherman. We’ll see!

Love my inflatable BOTE rover would love Hobie to dive in to some serious fishing inflatables.
@@BlueSummitOutdoors Yep, it would be a…pardon the expression...game changer!

Thanks man. They definitely over hyped the Red PA 360 lol that was such a let down.
Bonafide is releasing a river kayak RVR119
Yea I’m waiting on more info probably tomorrow. All I know so far is that it’s a river kayak and is probably 11’9” long.
what about native watercraft kayaks?
Yea I forgot about them I kinda group them in with Bonafide now they are typically fairly quiet at ICAST though.
Maybe something for the compass ? . For the price you pay it could use some upgrades steering both sides?
That’s true!
They need to update Revo model
