40 years for 4 seperate victims. I know 1 was the eldest daughter but do not know who the others are, I suspect the other kids too, makes you wonder what would make someone a monster like that

@@pao1233 According to court document charges and the ages and years given (they were not named specifically), it was Jessica, Jenny, Jasmine, and Juliette. However, since he started with Jessica at the age of 3 years old, we will probably never know whether it wasn't all eight girls.
Toby deserves probably more than what he got, but I feel sooo sorry after seeing this, knowing they actually lost another child who is in prison...I remember this accident sooo vividly and was broken for the parents and Grandparents of the Willis children
I'm sure Toby will get a daily dose of his own medicine in prison.
I saw photos of Jenny Willis getting married and her reverend grandpa walking her down the aisle. It made me sad that Toby had to be the sick person he was and blow his chance of holding his daughters' hand during such a special time in her life.

What a horrible thing to say. You realize that 9 of his children wouldn't have been born if he had burned alive like his innocent siblings, right? Also, death is getting off easy. Toby is rotting in prison, as he should be.

Do you realize that 4 of his children (the eldest as young as 3 years old), as well as his wife, would not have gone through the emotional and physical torment they went through and will carry this with them for the rest of their lives? That's even more horrible.

Maybe the trauma was so great he acted out in an abusive way. I don’t know. He is so sick that he didn’t go get help when he knew he was about to go such harm and wrong.
I hope he dies in prison and all his children and extended family never think of him.

Shari A maybe he did abuse the younger ones but they were spared from testifying. They were all damaged by his violence and controlling behaviour either way.
What a beautiful, talented family though - let’s hope they have healed and will have the amazing lives they deserve now that monster can’t ever get to them again
Debbie Wilcox The mom probably did not let the younger kids testify or say what happened to them. They were also probably scared to speak up and say what happened maybe they are keeping it a secret still.
He probably did touch the younger girls, he was grooming them, thank God it was stopped

Who would have thought Toby would turn out to be who he is. I can’t imagine the pain he caused his parents to say nothing of the pain he caused his kids, especially his daughters and his wife. He knew what he was doing and should have gotten help the FIRST time he crossed the line. 😣
I wonder if Toby and his siblings were abused by their parents. It would explain (not excuse) the perverted sexual and physical abuse he exhibited towards his own family.
Then again, maybe Toby was just born a monster.
I would swear the last I heard the girls all wanted to move forward. How about we all let them do that, and not bring up a bad past but see the incredible talent, unending effort, and great future they have and are building?
Agree with the healing of these kids, but I firmly believe to bury the tragic events will be of no service, the cycle needs broken now for many families, this is done by education and speaking out

Considering he will be in his late 80s--if he lives that long--he basically did.
I wonder now if his own father was also a sexual predator? most abusers learned about it somewhere. Abusing the entire family physically and mentally. I do hope these 12 beautiful children break the chain. So disgusted with the father. Watching the show you could see how disciplined they all were. I remember them embarrassing the youngest boy on the show for writing on the walls of their rented house. Sad to see that I was right. Forgive yourselves, but never forget. forgiving an abuser is very difficult and when I forgave myself for thinking I did something wrong, was I finally free of those chains. Those emotions were in-ground on my daily thoughts and I did stop the chains with my own child. Good luck 🍀.
He knew it was wrong! He was an adult,he made the choice to rape the little girl's ! He could have stopped, but he didn't! I was abused as a child and never ever would have thought to hurt my children! I didn't want them to suffer like I did and still do.It never goes away but it gets better because I fight against the bad memories I'm left with! May GOD BLESS and heal this family !❤

Then the sexual child molesting pervert molested some young innocent children outside of the family. Then the F.B.I. got involved. Now he is in prison. Only for 40 years. This is very, very sad. In 1995, Toby's parents and six of his younger siblings, were traveling on the highway to visit their eldest son/brother. Suddenly, their mini-van was hit by debris that fell from a semi truck. It caused an instant, horrific fiery crash.
Toby's parents lived, but the six youngest children/siblings perished.
That left Toby's parents with three living children. Toby, his oldest brother, and a sister.
Between the three of them, Toby's parents have 32+ grandchildren.
Toby and Brenda had 12 kids together. In 1995, only Jessica and Jeremiah had been born (Jenny was on the way.)
Considering Toby went on to abuse, his siblings that died may have gone on to abuse. Therefore you could say countless girls were spared abuse.
