absolutely sad and absolutely these 3 were the best. grace's departure was such big loss for the group i would love to know why she left. apparently she loves jazz now with 'the new trio'. jazz is not my thing. then sohee left and it was another big loss, again i wonder why. such a shame the group was not the same after grace left and since sohee left it is nothing like it was. even their music has changed still with just 2 i guess they couldn't sustain the doo-wop and harmony. let's hope grace & sohee return, other groups have reformed
That's what I thought when I first discovered the Barberettes. Because of their videos on RUclips, they are far more popular now than then were when they broke up. But now, very reluctantly, I've come to accept that it won't happen. Each of the members has gone on with their lives and they have also matured in some ways. The Barberettes, besides being great singers, were also great performers. Their movements and expressions as well as their singing conveyed a certain charm, fun, humor, etc. If they were ever to perform together again, I expect that they would be quite different. But, heck, I do wish they would perform together again....
