i have been looking into making a ped model tiny, but the game either spawns the bank guy or crashes when i spawn him in. i followed the totorial over and over but ive been at it for days lol could you perhaps lend me a hand in setting everything? idk if its the skelleton or the mesh

You did not lower your ped. For decreaasing ped's size - all the steps are exactly as in the video.
@@desertos21 I lowered it yes, but it doesn't lower the character no matter how much I lower it.
