Hi Angelica, depending on which buttercream you are using, if the leaves are touching the cake, the cream should be more containing fat, use buttercream, if it's not touching the cake it should be good for 2 days in the fridge, I'll decorate them the day before event or same day of the event and chill it for few hours!
Hi Praise, I haven't tried with parchment paper, but if you are using food coloring to paint, the color won't stay well as the video, if you are using acrylic paints it'll stay on the parchment paper. please share the details on where you'll be using, maybe I can have a better idea! Thank you :D
Hi there, It's pretty fragile, but not bad to use for decorating! it's the same as the pasta before cooking. I recommend making it little shorter rather using the whole length

The white food coloring won't work well, but if you meant by not adding any color, yes that works!
