सर मेरी आंखो में प्रोबलम है तो मुझे चश्मा लगता है , तो चश्मा लगा फोटो चलेगा ना , क्योंकि SSC वालो ने 2 बार मेरा चश्मा लगा फोटो रिजेक्ट कर दिया था। और अगर में बिना चश्मा के फोटो क्लिक करवाऊं तो वो बिल्कुल गलत होगा क्योंकि बिना चश्मा पहने में कुछ भी देख नहीं सकता।
Bhaiya meri bhi same yehi problem hai... Main bhi chashma lagati hu aur SSC forms me jo photo upload karti hu wo bina chashme wali photo hai kyunki chashme me eyes clearly nhi dikhte pic me.... Ab UPSC ke liye hame new photo use karni hogi with spectacles.

OTR one time registration hai ab apko agar NAYA OTR bana hai to phir nayi detials se banana hoga matlab kisi aur name aur number sey. Aap correction window khulney ka wait karo.

I think you can, but whole face must be visible...But plz get confirmed fully, because sometimes they say Ears must also be visible in the photo...which I think won't be in the case of hijab..
