Metro starts with a good win for 7600 but it's still a disappointing uplift over the previous gen. 3060 isn't as high as I thought but different games prefer different card architectures. Anyway, to keep 1% in check all should use lower settings.
Returnal is a very disappointing win in 7600 - 3 frames more an average is disheartening as 6600xt is usually cheaper and 6650xt usually also cheaper. 3060 is lowest but all pretty good, definitely don't max imo for better 1% to anyone actually looking to play and ideally keep 60 as target.
R6S is really low for once and we finally see a more appropriate uplift that should be expected from a new generation on 7600. 3060 is a nice middle, but tbh the type of game R6S is means everyone is prob just gonna run lowest settings for high refresh. Still, good result overall for all 3.
ACV usually prefers AMD so the win isn't surprising but all are good. A decent uplift as well for 7600 but 3060 should drop settings for 60 lock imo.
TLoU is another proper uplift for 7600, in both average and lows. 3060 and 6600xt are really close this time though, good performance from all of them.
FH5 is nice for AMD cards but disappointing uplift once again. 3060 has more VRAM though so it's probably better at 1440? A 1440 test followup might be a decent idea.
ACO follows trends as ACV, though 7600 losing to 6600xt is disappointing even if it's small. It is small enough to be in standard deviation but disappointing anyway. Anyway 3060 should run lower settings for 60 lock.
RDR2 is back to a proper uplift over 6600xt for the 7600, keeping 60 lows is key too. The other 2 cards are good but need tweaks to keep the fps consistent.
Anyway, interesting video! The older AMD card still hangs on well and the 3060 as usual is pretty good but not amazing. It's a good choice if one needs competent gaming while also having productivity on the side, cause the AMD cards will suffer there

Yup I agree that the RTX 3060 would be the most balanced option, but just for gaming I think the RX 6600 XT is unbeatable at its power consumption (130w) and its performance, i think the RX 7600 is a really weak replacement for it.

4:23 is Rainbow Six Siege accurate?
Usually this game runs much faster even 200-300fps on cards like this. Maybe it was set to 4K?

Yeah it's normal, I'm setting the TAA x4, which is way higher than the default settings and this generates a lot more load specially in the memory department. I decided to test like this as at high fps I was starting to get CPU limited.

The inconsistency of AMD in various titles is quite sad. It can outperform higher tier Nvidia in some games and fall behind lower tier in others...

Yup, but it's not sad, it's how things work, depending on the architecture, the game, and the optimizations made the performance difference varies a lot, that's why it's important to test a couple of games to have a general idea where it falls in performance
