@@maka3230 now that is heartbreaking. Nadal is the absolute nicest guy on tour. My close friend is a racket stringer and working at the open. He has meet Rafa multiple times and string for him. I honestly don't know why this footage needs to be shown and emphasized and dwelled upon. For many people, it may invoke a feeling of sympathy and remorse. But what it shows truly is Nadal's resilience, perseverance and endless love for the sport in face of defeat. To carry on playing when you know the high probability of defeat is true winning.

Actually he never said that. He just said that choices have consequences. Maybe he hoped for not having Djokovic in the tournament, but not like that I suppose. My personal thought is that he was treated like a national threat by australian government and that was ridiculous, but it was the LAW. So he is responsible for what happened to him, he didn't respect the law, or at least he shouldn't have written about the excemption. He is not stupid, if he went to Australia that means that someone told him he could play. I never understood the hate for Nadal from Djokovic fans, he never did something bad to Nole, if you consider winning 29 times against him as a bad thing in that case yes, but it always has been a great rivalry, as a Nadal fan sometimes a little bit annoying 😂, but very good.

As a sportsman he is an inspiration to all youngsters and adults too. He is a great giver to charity too but does not boast about it. I know there are terrible things going on in the world but it does not mean we have to not feel sad that this player is injured yet again. I'm sure he will have to retire soon but he gives millions pleasure in his sport. I'm certainly not rich, have to count every penny, but I do not begrudge people if they have worked for it.

They live on the streets - nobody cares for their sacrifice - that's HEARTBREAKING

Heart breaking? This man is wrecking his body to hit a ball over a net! Time to stop this now. He was asked about how wonderful it was to have a baby and be a father. All he could manage was a grin, and saying how amazing it was that he could still play tennis! Not a word about his baby. Unbelievable.
