The lion walking after his prime.
It’s not heartbreaking. It’s called sports. The man will be back tomorrow grinding away.
Exactly
Yeah exactly
still heart breaking as I am coming over to Melbourne to hope to see him at the games. guess not anymore
@@maka3230 now that is heartbreaking. Nadal is the absolute nicest guy on tour. My close friend is a racket stringer and working at the open. He has meet Rafa multiple times and string for him. Rafa literally goes around and thanks everyone from the janitor to the tourney director every time. Plus, my buddy gave me a match played tennis ball from Rafas final last year signed by the man and Medvedev.
Sorry. Went and looked and Daniel did not sign it. Only Rafa
I honestly don't know why this footage needs to be shown and emphasized and dwelled upon. For many people, it may invoke a feeling of sympathy and remorse. But what it shows truly is Nadal's resilience, perseverance and endless love for the sport in face of defeat. To carry on playing when you know the high probability of defeat is true winning.
ATP players ranked outside of the top 20: where's my credit then?
He has had a great career. They all have more injuries when older. Good he lasted this long. Just tough when you're at the end of sth you love.
I hope he comes back stronger. We need him. Go Nole!
@@miljeuta ?
@@miljeuta i love Nadal mate..... been my #1 since '05. But how much longer he keeps coming back from stuff like this?
First his feet; then ribs; then abs- now there seems to be a hip flexor??!
Nadal has ZERO to prove to anyone, even HIMSELF!
HE can retire knowing he is the top 3 tennis player of all time.who ever lived!
My tennis hero he still is playing the game he loves with the same passion that when he was 17 is just a little older … vamos rafa!!!!!
It’s not heartbreaking at all. And I’m a huge Nadal fan. Just think about all people who don’t have food to eat or a place to stay at night. All people who are suffering because of Cancer. Nadal is an amazing athlete and human but let’s also not forget he has a beautiful wife, a child and a great family and he is rich. Let’s give him a hand for giving us great members for last 17+ years but not feel sorry for him.
YeH, I quit feeling sorry for millionaires a decade ago.
The poor and him losing the match has no relevance
@@maka3230 of course it does. You can’t feel sorry for a man like Rafa who has won more Majors than anyone and is wealthy. Most men would dream to be in his position and Surly Rafa worked so hard for where he is. But he has everything a man can ask for.
@@maka3230 perfectly said, thank you
@@maka3230 if you can't see the relevance then you are just deaf on empathy. Feeling sorry for someone because they lost a tennis match and not understanding that there are people in situations that is more heartbreaking is somehing you might need to evaluate
Sei un grande buona fortuna in tutto..😘🥰😍
Rafa you are the peak don't worry
Mis mejores deseos para Don Rafael Nadal Parera. Un señor tanto dentro, cómo fuera de las pistas.
Whats heartbreaking is Medvedev losing to him despite being 2-0 sets up in the final
Ya how could he lose to a 20+ grand slam winner? Pathetic. I'm sure Nadal hasn't beat countless people being down 2-0 (all being against Roger or Novak probably).
@@zartic4life😂😂😂😂😂😂
@@zartic4lifeNadal has come back from 2 sets down 4 times in his career, neother time was he playing against Roger or novak
So sorry for him😢
He’s warrior. But eventually all warriors have to rest and watch new coming 🙏🏻.
He is still a baby boy.. he thinks he superman..if I were him I will smile in joy n retire
Reality is he had his day. 37 is not old but for a tour player its the beginning of the end and the changing of the guard has clearly begun.
Eres un gran deportista y un lindo ser humano.
Te queremos Rafa
Rafa is in both physical and emotional pain. He just wants to play tennis without being dogged by another injury!
He is still the goat 💪
Nadal gets injured and pulls out:oh poor nadal he’s definitely injured.
Djokovic gets injured and pulls out: ah he’s faking it it’s bullshit fine him for throwing matches.
Makes sense.
Nothing surprising here.
Heard that a lot.
When did Djokovic pull out? He's apparently getting injured and still winning tournaments, that's why people don't believe his bs
In his early years he faked so many injuries so today nobody believes his fairytales
@@belgradewanderer you mean the no feeling in Rafas foot last year and winning RG and not changing in the slightest how He plays? Novak shortened the points He played. He didnt practise. While Nadal did all with no feeling in foot. Right….. bs
@@petaruzelac2004Nadal doesn’t slide to hit his backhand nearly as much because of his foot issues, he does a little half step instead often on clay, and almost always on hard court as it is tougher. Nadal had also shortened the points by a giant amount in recent years, much more than Novak has. In fact I don’t believe Novak has made an effort to shorten the points at all. Why would he? His movement and stamina is still as good as it’s ever been
Get well soon Rafa , god is good always 🙏🙏🙏🙏
Sadly we won’t see a Djokovic v. Nadal Final. 😢
At some time Vardarska will have it's own champion, from Bulgaria!
Djokovic will beat him anyway.
Djokovic would have wiped him out in 6-2, 6-3, 6-0
Good it’s getting old keep seeing them both in finals all the time 😅
@@steviefay4871 Nah, I just wanted a AO2019 repeat 😂
God Bless you, Rafa.
His POWER HITTING overpowers his strength. Weh
Too much "something " brings you in this state . He is not good man . But don't deserve this .
Lion's heart, cyborg genetics, majestic talent, exemplary chivalry. Nadal is the best package in the circuit--ever. Vamos Rafaaaaa!!
The man has won 22 slams, I don’t feel bad at all.
and the last one faked injury and timeouts to win it
@@drewrockwell8000 Hi Nole. You're going by Drew now? Good for you
Bingo
@@jm7804 that was fantastic. My vote for comment of the year 2023! LOL
@@drewrockwell8000 and this you know how? Rafa's body is falling apart due to way he plays. End of story. Djokovic and even Federer when he lost weight are taking care more of it.
Love you Rafa!!!
Hope his body support him for another 3,4 years
You're daydreaming, unfortunately. He doesn't even have another year in him, I'm pretty sure of that.

Nadal fans should be thankful to Novak for gifting AO last year 😅
And Now Da King is BACK

Dopping took his hair off 🤣🤣🤣
If that was Djokovic then you never would have shown it
Why?
And nobody for help with baggage
More heartbreaking seeing his hair
Why his hair. People lose their, nothing to make fun of. Some people are so salty
@@luvforeverifyChill it was just a joke
Your mother
I'm bald but this is funny 😂
Heartbreaking hairdo! Hope we will embrace and accept his body limitations. Have a happy retirement fella. U deserve to stop trying to catch up Nole nyahahahahahahahaha sarcasmsssskit
Murray Federer nadal djorkovich have been at the top level for so long have dominAted tennis ,they all have injuries the body will tell you when to heal slow down or stop but djorckovich seems to be at the top still and playing beter than most people
His a warrior and he has millions
This guy said that Djokovic was responsible for his deportation, so it is not heartbreaking.
Oh poor Djoko fan. There is a lot of pent up emotions with you people
@@lammie001 shut up, there is no emotion on us , we know he is the best and you should probably know it too but u don't want to face it properly
Djokovic IS responsible for his deportation from Australia. He tried to sneak in without complying with Aussie vax requirements. He’s lucky they waived the 3-year penalty and allowed him back in 2023.
Yeah it’s not like they let him in and he won the court case and was banned just because their politician could outvote the law huh?
Actually he never said that. He just said that choices have consequences. Maybe he hoped for not having Djokovic in the tournament, but not like that I suppose. My personal thought is that he was treated like a national threat by australian government and that was ridiculous, but it was the LAW. So he is responsible for what happened to him, he didn't respect the law, or at least he shouldn't have written about the excemption. He is not stupid, if he went to Australia that means that someone told him he could play. I never understood the hate for Nadal from Djokovic fans, he never did something bad to Nole, if you consider winning 29 times against him as a bad thing in that case yes, but it always has been a great rivalry, as a Nadal fan sometimes a little bit annoying 😂, but very good.
lately.. it's the beginning of the end 🤔
Hi Nole
Yaa it is 🤷
@@jm7804 3 out 4 Slams in 2023 "Not too bad"
He should just stop, his body is telling him it’s ok, it’s the end of the show, appreciate what you have done and call it a night
Real heartbreaking since he has been gifted a grand slam
His mind still plays like he is 20! His body is like "no thanks!"
I lost all respect for him and I dont feel sorry for him at all. This is not the first time he is doing this. He will miraculously be ready for the clay season.
Obviously, you are not an advanced tennis player. Those of us who have played this sport at a high level can relate to the toll it puts on your body, especially as you age. In his prime, he is better than Djokovic at his prime and even with Federer.
@@thailam8621 I don't think that's fair towards Djokovic even though I am a Roger fan by heart.
He's proven to be the best, had to come up during both primes of Roger and Nadal.. has had the most negative reception by media.
Still holds the most titles.
@@thailam8621when was this prime so? He didnt beat Nole since 2013 on hard court, do you think he can beat him only once in the future?
Lol. Do u follow the matches and see that he gets injured during them and not just say he was injured after? Do u srsly think that he wld fake an injury against mcdonald when he is capable of beating medvedev from 2-0 down?😂😂
i doubt it
Yes, almost all his hair gone cuz of the Roman circus and its drugs. Sad.
Actually a joy to watch
really heartbreaking. He will fly back in a private jet to his yacht and luxury life. poor dude !
hahahaha ! yes he has a true hard life that jolly fellow. Lithium miners and children in sweat shops have such a great time in comparison.
If he didn't care about losing, he wouldn't have the energy and willpower to win. That's what gave him 22 grand slams. Rafa will come back stronger.
He has very misleading records. 79% of his wins are on clay out of 28% clay tournaments available. Very one dimensional.
hesThinking I shdve NEVER taken the bloody pokeup!
Ah come on. He had no real chance of winning the Australian Open. Djokovic is too good. He knows that. His best chance is the French Open.
There is enough time for recovery up to Paris.
He wouldn't have defended his title anyway.
Get well Rafa!
His chance to vin is 0. This time Novak is present, and he will do everithing to avoid mach with Novak. He never von Novak on hard and grass for 12 years!
👍👍👍🇩🇿🇩🇿
Dont worry, Pfizer will prepare him for clay season like they did last ten years
He is done. Should be smart as Federer and retire with dignity.
After his friend and rival Federer's departure, this man is on his way out as well
The legend will never die
Not as heartbreaking as his hair leaving him as fast as his AO chances
That’s my hero still 💪🏽
Come back stronger
The jab destroyed him.
A new yacht will cure those blues. Seriously, don’t feel sorry for millionaires, they make out alright in the end.
Sue we all know they’ll do alright at the end, we are here for tennis and only tennis we do not care how much money they do and what business they will launch, we enjoy watching the man on court and we want it to last evenly for us and for him
@@elio-7911 it has lasted. And he has the most singles slams. A record at Rolland garros that will never be beaten.
We've known his injuries for quite sometime so it's like okay we knew times like this would come if he continues to play the way he does
@@black_nebula ok so? Is it bad if we want to see more of him, or if we feel sad when when we know or feel that he’s reached the end of his tennis career?!?
Is it only the money you think all the time of
Why should I not feel sorry for him because he is a millionaire. He has worked hard all his life , gone through a lot of injuries and always come back because of his determination and work ethics. As a sportsman he is an inspiration to all youngsters and adults too. He is a great giver to charity too but does not boast about it. I know there are terrible things going on in the world but it does not mean we have to not feel sad that this player is injured yet again. I'm sure he will have to retire soon but he gives millions pleasure in his sport. I'm certainly not rich, have to count every penny, but I do not begrudge people if they have worked for it.
Love you Nadal
Should we ever feel so sad for these succcesful rich people?
È un'immagine che fa male, vedere un campione del calibro di Nadal deluso e abbattuto. Mi ricorda l'uscita di scena di Federer da Wimbledon. Sono cose che fanno male, ma l'incedere del tempo vale per tutti, purtroppo! Grande campione Rafa. Buongiorno

Great winner but a bad looser. Even today, as many other times, when the match starts going wrong, he finds someone to argue with. Today was the umpire, in Wimbledon Sonego, in Wimbledon again (loosin to Rosol) the umpire closing the roof, and many others...
Whatever you stated about him doing when losing and even it’s right or wrong, he still the most classy player ever with the best attitude on and off the court, so if you’re here to just show hate for a player you don’t like i really feel sorry for you man, how sad can you be?!

Sorry but this year your masons friends cant give ao on gift...now here is GOAT here....
You know what's worse than this - we have men who fought and died for this country and what it stands for so we can enjoy being free and watching athletes make BILLIONS to play a game - and those SOILDERS /FATHERS / SONS who fought and didn't die ? They live on the streets - nobody cares for their sacrifice - that's HEARTBREAKING
Heart breaking? This man is wrecking his body to hit a ball over a net! Time to stop this now. He was asked about how wonderful it was to have a baby and be a father. All he could manage was a grin, and saying how amazing it was that he could still play tennis! Not a word about his baby. Unbelievable.
Some people are just too private and refuses to talk about their personal lives. Don’s see anything wrong about that. Not everything has to be put out there.
