Painterly reminded me of my very first lipstick from years ago... I used to LOVE it, and I looked for this shade for years. It's enchanting me all over again. I love how most of the shades are slightly "nuded" down to be more wearable.

So maybe this helps for future decisions let's share our colour choices& how it suits skintones: Just ordered Gloss Embrace in "Muse", I'm pretty fair(N/C 1, everything with warm tones picks up the smallest hint of red in my complexion-making me look like a lab mouse) blue eyes, natural medium ash blond. Will post an update as soon as the product arrives..can´t wait for my first LE product

I think you could match your choice with your undertone: if you have a warm complexion you cold go for Spirited and if your cool or neutral you could choose Painterly.
Received my order yesterday! Cosmic Rose is so beautiful and natural on my over 50 skin-please don’t stop making this. Kitten Mischief is a lovely and natural looking coral and perfect for over 50 lips. Dante’s Dream is a beautiful natural looking blush on fair to light skin. I just have to try my Pink Soap but I don’t think there will be any problems! Lisa hit this collection out of the ballpark. Her products truly are becoming my favorites.

We had dance cards in the 90s for our Candlemass Balls (Scottish Ceildh during February at school). Apparently you were meant to save the "last dance" for the special guy! I didn't realise until I'd pencilled someone in, probably just as well as I danced all night, had no romance, however I had a HUGE amount of fun!! xx

📦 My delivery arrived late last night after I was asleep. Opening the box this morning is like having a birthday! Between the detailed descriptions of the colours (including undertones - so, so helpful) and the videos, my colour choices are bang on. The products are absolutely beautiful. I love love love every single one of these new products, and just how thoughtfully they have been designed! Can I also give a shout-out to Lisa for not jumping on the "let's just add hyaluronic acid" band-wagon (which I find absolutely useless in a complexion product), but for putting good old - and personally beloved - glycerin in her formulas!
I also bloody love that she has stories behind the names of every product and shade!

Thank you so much for posting these vids before the pre order date - I was really glad you were doing that, as I thought it would help me choose. But now I find I still want some of the ones I missed last time and about five more colours!! Spoilt for choice - good problem to have :) I am prepared to take risks on lipsticks and colours I have never tried (goodness - maybe even blush, which I have never worn) because I know how much care and skill has gone into their creation and because you have done so many things to describe and show us what they will look like on us. Dear Lisa, could you please bring back Velvet Dragon in your next launch? I had it in my cart and thought my items were reserved, but when I went to check out, the website showed it had been sold out while I had it in my cart :( There were tears!

We had dance cards in the 90s for our Candlemass Balls (Scottish Ceildh during February at school). Apparently you were meant to save the "last dance" for the special guy! I didn't realise until I'd pencilled someone in, probably just as well as I danced all night, had no romance, however I had a HUGE amount of fun!! xx
