Polyphosphate doser has to be installed on the pipes which supply water to the boiler (and other appliances such as washing machines and dishwashers) to reduce the presence of limestone.⁣
It is therefore very useful in case of hard or very hard water. ⁣
The polyphosphates released by the doser create a protection film in the pipes, useful to avoid the corrosion caused by limestone.⁣

Polifemo® can be installed both in vertical and horizontal positions thanks to a special tee connection. ⁣
For a correct display of the level indicator, it is preferable to use the vertical installation position.⁣

Polifemo® Plus is the only dosing device of its kind that allows the replacement of polyphosphates when the system is working, thanks to its patented bypass system.⁣
