    Hey man next you made a video can you lay out the tools or tell the audience what size wrenches you using what size sockets it would really help thank you

    • @Bryan916
      @Bryan916  2 года назад +2

      I assumed most people can figure that out own there own. Besides you never know if some has a bolt replacement and theirs is a different size!

      Trying to find the size of sockets is important. That was the whole point of me watching your video. The vehicle is in the field. It'd be nice to know that I have everything before I make that trip.

    I replaced mine and it’s still doing the same thing a lot quieter now but is there some fuse that I’m missing or regulator that might be going out?

  • @Toolaholic7

    There is an easier way to get those bushings moved using a bolt,nut and socket.Using a 3 inch 5/16'' bolt,slide the head of the bolt toward the back and find a shallow socket that will fit over the outside of the bushing and put a nut on.Tighten the bolt just enough to move those bushings getting in the new alternator.Problem with hammering them out is not being careful breaking those ears off replacing that whole power steering bracket.Make sure the driver's side window is down before disconnecting the battery.I don't trust power door locks,will lock on you reconnecting the battery sometimes

      RUclips doesn't really affect anything You would be surprised how many people rather pay me $100 labor to replace it than have to deal with it. Same reason everyone can wash their own car, yet detailers and automatic car washers still stay in business.

    So quick question I have a 03 Tahoe and when I turn it over it starts then dies right away is that my alternator? I have a brand next battery and gas in my truck.. I was picking my kid up from school driving down the street then out of nowhere my gas pedal just lost all power

    • @Bryan916
      @Bryan916  2 года назад +1

      There could be a lot of things that can cause this issue.
      The engine will still run on a fully charged battery.
      Lose or broken ground wires
      Faulty Crank Sensor
      Low fuel pressure
      Large Vacuum leak
      Faulty PCM
      Faulty Mass airflow
