I´ve practised TM for over a year now, and would pay again what I paid in the brief course, the benefits are inmense, invaluable. And it is not expensive, at least not in my country. Anyway: meditate, do TM or any kind of meditation, the human being needs it as much as breathing to really live. Cheers!
@iwannaberich1 Yes, it is different from other techniques of meditation. For more complete answers please visit tm.org - there are a lot of FAQ's and videos explaining the specific benefits of Transcendental Meditation. Please feel free to contact your local teacher through the contact page on the site if you have further questions.
i simply cant afford $1500 ... iam in need of the peace that TM would bring, not having money or enough work causes alot of stress for me.. iam in need of both the 1500 and the TM...
@oceanjackson There are always ways to get scholarships to learn Transcendental Meditation if you really want to learn. Please visit tm.org for more information or send us a private message here on RUclips.
TM has totally unique effects. Nothing else comes close. Everyone needs it, rich and poor alike. This is why there's a large non-profit organization. If you're in need of a scholarship, just ask at your nearest center. Call 888-LearnTM to find a center.
The TM technique purposefully vaguely explained, again...in order to breed confusion around it so that you fork over $1500 - $2000 to TM Foundation to learn something so simple, so easy, that you can learn it over the course of a weekend. Why is TM so commercialized??? What a tragic conspiracy, the likes of which is very rare.
Sometimes it can take some time for them to respond to everyone, as they receive a very high volume of emails. You can also call 1-888-LEARN-TM. Thank you for your patience!
@DavidLynchFoundation Hi, I am very much interested in learning TM. However, I need to know a few things clearly and honestly before paying. I have been regularly practicing the conventional mediation technique of just clearing the thoughts n being in that state.I also practice candle light gazing technique. Now my questions are: 1. Is TM technique different than conventional and candlelight meditation ? 2. I sometimes get distracted during both the techniques.Would TM help me conc more ?
Whenever I practice TM I find myself reaching that point of detachment and then suddenly I jump alert and snap out of it. Is this natural to start with?
Please email howtolearn@tm.org to talk to your local teacher about scholarship options that work with your financial situation. All the very best of luck!
Thank you DLF for bringing sanity back to those that are traumatized from the insanity of war.
