jordan probably can't get pregnant since they were born a boy. therefore i think even if they have the female organs when they change genders, they aren't working properly. for a supe to be bigender properly they would have had to be born a natural supe
All Supes except Homelander are sterile. So no “They” can’t but if “They” could, it’ll probably kill the baby because male Jorden’s body is super dense It will destroy anything but “Themselves” upon transformation & also the male body’s doesn’t provide any life support to the Babies at all.
By the logic of their powers you have to literally change your physiology, change your DNA, to change your gender and gender is connected to sex or there wouldn't be any need for these changes. Someone was too busy trying to win points to think this character through.

It had Snowflake and Safespace(nonbinary i think) a character that was based on Dora the Explorer, a goth/emo vampire character (cuz twilight) and a character whose powers were simply to google info.
