Watching from Indianapolis, Indiana. I was born and raised in Samoa; I grew up a farmer. Awesome video, very informative and right on point. I followed your channel for years, your taking farming to a whole new level and the best part is your taking your family, your community and farmer friends along with you. Helping each other, kudos sole! Keep up the awesome video's. God bless you.

Love this segment! Informative and a timely reminder to SOME of our brothers and sisters/the generations after our parents who have been ‘westernised’, majority neglecting the natural and original way of living in our beautiful homeland ❤

I have only followed this for a few months but so thrilled to see you and your farm flourish. The episodes I have watched are always heart-warming, engaging, and authentic. Love your kids! Love the ma'umaga! This episode - spot on! Amazingly informative; you are generous with sharing your unique skills and talents to support and provide much-needed expertise and information for maximizing the beautiful land you have and what it can yield, and supporting other like-minded farmers. Malo fa'amalosi. Malo galue. God richly bless all that you and your lovely family continue to do. Alofa tele atuxx

WOW! Very interesting video thanks SF. 100% agree with you, my very 1st tour around Savaii in 2015, I saw heaps & heaps of land that nobody works on it, even Upolu too. Hats off to you for working the land together with your 9-5 job, to me it's like you've got a plan B in place already. Sometimes we cant just rely on office jobs because one day it'll be closed down for good. The other good thing abt farming is, you can become your own boss & it's so good that you've got those skills to help out while you're doing farming work. Just recently I said to my sister that your cattle farm started not long ago with just a few cows but look at it now? I would like to congratulate your wife's uncle for his great support, together with those boys for giving you a hand to achieve all that. MANY HANDS MAKE LIGHT WORK. I'm so proud that you wear so many hats & you're a great example to many. Wish the Government of the day can interview you one day so that you can share all those skills you have to inspire our people that Samoa is a rich country because of her land, but nvm your YTC will do that for now. I think your love to work the land is from your Falealili side🤣🤣🤣🤣, because I like this video sm, my 1st time I'm going to hit that share button now,lol Fa'afetai tele lava boss fa'amalosi, onosa'i, finau, aemaise ose a'oa'oga taua o lo'o maua mai i lau channel. Blessings!❤🙏

I am appreciate this episode. Food sovereignty and security for our islands is very important. It’s so sad to hear people running to the store to stock up when there’s shortage of sugar, flour, imported meats and food products. Why depend on these imported foods? Bring back subsistence living…and you are doing just that. Also teaches the rising generation hard work, smart work and tautua.
