    Hi Karl, thank you so much for the video! I'm a Civil Engineer with experience as a Planning Engineer and Delay Analyst. My responsibilities include developing project schedules, updating them monthly with contractor progress reports, and providing expert delay analysis. I’ve worked remotely on large-scale energy projects in the USA, including electrical substation upgrades, railway traction power cables, chiller plant electrical upgrades, and oil and gas communication systems. Given my experience, I’m wondering if I’m eligible to apply for the Queensland Energy Workforce Priority Processing pathway.

      They have hidden regulations, that they did not show you during your payments to educations mafias. What is it ?
      1. Australian employers MUST employ Australians first. ONLY after 3 months the jobs advertised and no australian applied yet, the employers allowed to recruit foreign nationals.
      2. Minimum salary to recruit foreign nationals rise to over 70000$/year. This means every employers who try to recruit FN and pay below 70K$ will got heavy fine.
      What about for Australians ? Just need to pay around $50K
      3. Processing time. To recruit FN(Foreign nationals) corporates must spend years of time for applications blah nlah blah.
      Simple to say, they make corporations AFRAID and INSECURE to recruit foreign nationals.

    Thanks Karl for unravelling the nitty gritty of the immigration issues. Could you please provide an update on how the department of home affairs assesses the field of education for the specialist education points. For example, it is not clearly indicated whether a few of the courses such as agriculture or veterinary sciences are classified under the domain “Biological Sciences”. It leaves us dumbfounded whether to claim the specialist education points with a qualification in these fields (agriculture or veterinary). Your feedback will be of great help. Regards

    The study pathway to obtaining permanent residency is risky and not guaranteed. It requires a significant investment of money and time before you become eligible to apply for a residency visa. Remember, as an international student, you are only entitled to stay for the duration of your study course. No one promised you anything; you made that commitment to yourself, so take responsibility.

    Something to note in the migration Queensland FAQ, if relying on QLD nomination you need to make a new EOI for the 24-25 financial year. You can’t rely on a current/older EOI.
    Which is disappointing because some of the requirements are based on when the EOI is submitted and changes the ability to apply.

    Hi, Karl. I have a question and I know it is out of the topic but I hope you can give me insight about this.
    I am currently holding a Visitor Visa 600 Business Stream and travelled once in Australia for business purposes. This visa has a validity of 5 years. My question is, can I use this visa solely on tourist purposes? I am planning to get back in Australia for vacation but I don't know if I should apply for another Visa 600 tourist stream or I can use this visa.
    Thank you very much!

      Yeah but at the same time the “onshore status” can sometimes really boost the chance of obtaining permanent residency, such as in WA. It’s hard to gauge what is better or worse and highly depend on individual circumstances.

    Hey Karl. Could you please talk about the 186visa issue? Immi has completely put on hold all 186 Metro applicants since April 2023. It has something to do with Ministerial Direction 105. All applicants which are not on health sector are on Limbo, we are having cases of people with mental health issues or people who have lost their job while waiting for the visa. There are a lot of people complaint of it on the 186 Facebook group

    • @estellebright2579
      @estellebright2579 Месяц назад

      I am not a fan of 186TRT because of its huge uncertainty compared to skilled independent/state-sponsored stream where candidates can at least control what they are doing. I have seen other people saying 186 is a great way to get PR, but I just can’t buy it. Can’t even argue with “high risk high reward” because it’s just a visa like 189/190/191. Too much risk. Department’s huge promotion for 482/SID is an injustice by itself. Scamming people in stealth.

    • @SebastianDexterjovi
      @SebastianDexterjovi Месяц назад
