tip for you if your standing infront of a fence/short wall/create anything thats about chest high your can mount ur gun onto it almost like a v-pod for any gun ur using, im not 100% sure what the controls are for ps5

There is something wrong with hit registration in this game. You shoot someone 30 times and they don't die, but then you get shot once from a mile away and die. Doesn't make sense to me. Unless it is AI enemies sniping with aimbot.

Some of it is net code some of it is lag,some of it is Body armor or just lucky balistic simulation another factor is that you could just be missing shots especially if you are firing from a distance.
