I love my job I been working for Olive Garden for 2 days now so far so good. I love my family at Olive Garden we are the best
Been here for 3 weeks now and I'm enjoying it. ❤️
I never felt safe at 1605. There were times where I was bullied. Harassed, and dismissed by the staff and customers. I had my tires slashed, was pinned up against the wall at one point, and had to go through "Retraining" because I let a customer in two minutes after the store closed. I was never offered a raise for years because "I never sold enough games on the kiosk" but yet they had me train over 20 hosts that came and went. They saw how bad things were and left to live better lives.
We went through several managers and team members that it was a mess. All the time.
Mind you I worked as a CT for the Hosting team for 9 years. I had 40 hour work weeks that got cut down to 20 hours since I became a CT. Managers played favorites and would always berate me for being on a wait after they would cut half the floor. And the servers left over wished me dead when I sat them a table when a guest walked in. Sometimes I would pick up tables and would never see a tip because I was hourly and wasnt allowed to. Even though the server would be off being lazy.
9 YEARS I worked for this company and I felt like I learned nothing. I was so happy on my final day.
Do not work for this company. Get an education like I did and move up in the world.
If 1605 is good today than I am happy for it. But 9 years of working for them and never seeing anything happen made me sour with this company and every other resturant business in America. Pay your workers a fucking living wage. You assholes.
Olive Garden is my favorite fast food place 😏
