  • A quick unboxing and first look review of my new Geertop hiking tent.
I'm really looking forward to getting out with this, and I'll be sure to do a follow up, more in-depth review once I've used it a few times.

Compared to the cost of my Fjallraven abisko lite 1, this tent is a gift for those spring summer days out in the wild. You can't knock it for the price! Thanks for sharing! Liked and Subscribed

Absolutely, wouldn't want it up on the Peaks in the snow like you were😀. I am planning on taking it to the Mermaid Pool for its first outing withing the next month or so. Checked your channel, looks good. Have subbed and will check uot you other vids later.
      Stay safe and keep filming.

Been using my GEERTOP tent for about 5 years now. Never been wet, even in heavy Michigan weather.

Hi Gavin, Doesn't look like they have it now. Worth taking a look at there tent section though, cos they have lots of different styles. Looks like they have a backwoods bungalow style trekin gpole tent at the mo.

For a product from Temu that’s very impressive how much did you pay for the tent may I ask? Brilliant light weight tent option for good weather camping

Excellent review! I’ve had this in my basket for a few days and the only other review on here wasn’t too great. How tall are you mate? For an idea on size.

      I'm 5.8, so a bit of a shortarse.lol. I reckon it's would be tight but useable for a 6footer.

@@owtnabowt2723 Big mistake asking, how tall someone is; what should be asked is the length from sitting position to the top of ya head! For instance I'm all back as my height is 5ft 11" but me legs are only 29".

Heavy down pour would go thru that.

Possibly, 3000mm HH isnt the best, but should keep out most 2 season showers, and some lighter 3rd season stuff. (assuming it is actually 3000mm). I plan to treat it anyway, gotta give it the best chance :). As i said, i'll use it over the next 12 months in a range of conditions and see how it holds up.
