Looking to get a first lien heloc with first savings bank….i currently have a 2.65 % on my mortgage….the upside to all this is paying off home way before 10 years and access to equity…..any advice on this?
Can I have First savings bank "swallow" the debt ....above 45% debt to income, as part of loan? This way I ave all in the loan to start? It would allow me to qualify at below 45%.
After 3yrs, do you have to pay off heloc?
That Might be the case for some but it is not required to pay off your HELOC in 3 years. In this specific video and product on a fixed 3 year rate at the end of 3 years the rate goes back to a variable rate that’s all
Did you go with 1st Savings Bank or CMG?
I have a 2.625...%....I will wait until the cashflow is at max and stay with my 2nd lien heloc for now until all debt gun.....but the interest rate does not scare me.
