I liked this story. It seems in fiction as in real life there are prejudices, it's a sad state of affairs that certain people are treated with less respect than others.

Great story. Really couldnt see how they would get out of that. One thing though, why did those men go into the dungeon to shoot the two boys instead of taking them for burning ? Is it because they knew that the others had jaunted out ?
In the 2nd part they mentioned that there were no black Vesh then seemed to forget about it . But think about it, blacks people were less than 1% of the population in 1973 and Elizabeth Adare was a lead character in a very popular children's tv program be. Quite forward thinking really

its doesn't need a possessive apostrophe. They are normally not used with pronouns.
