Had a blast jigging yesterday. 300g still feels kinda heavy on the initial pull and when mixing up the pace with fast jigging, prolly because of the depth pressure at 250-300m but overall still manageable. Gotta hit the gym and activate my fast twitch muscles i think haha. Thanks!
dropping down deep with those weights makes you deal with the drag on the line and jig - having said that, it is how it feels - you just work it and let the rod work, you also have to exaggerate the movements because of the stretch on the line. Also, if you are using line thicker than PE 2 you will have to deal with more drag. he type of jig you are working will also make it hard for you to work it. Longer slimmer jigs will be easier to work in deeper water.@@clio3817

Hello Kit. Do you prefer x4 or x8 braid for binding? Does it matter which one?
x4 is cheaper, also the thinnest lines you can get are mostly x4.
