Is there anywhere in the bible: " if we confess our sins "?
What happens if you don't confess your sins because you are saved already?

If we confess our sins.....he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness! (1 John 1:9) But orthodoxically confession is a fruit of salvation (it is the natural outcome of salvation) not the requirement for salvation (see 2 Corinthians 3)

      So we continue in sin?
Is that a fruit too according to the bible?

I don't understand what goo and comic book you are talking about.
Ronans 12:2 is talking about the renewing of your mind.
When I'll see the renewing of your body, than I'll believe you have a new nature, until then, you are deceiving yourself thinking you are already across the line.
A fair trial and judgment is based on the evidence.
So far people produce the lack of FAITH evidence for themselves.
The renewing of your mind is based on FAITH, isn't it?

Romans 11 is grafting in all Israelites. They were scattered aboard and weren't raised with israelite customs therefore being called gentiles in these letters.
